First, thank you manimal. I received my 2lb tub of aforementioned MCC last night through UPS.

I made a knockoff brownie first.

1 scoop MCCI
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
Microwave 35 secs (under cook it a bit)

First impression- Iforce nailed the flavor. Honestly. The protein packs a pretty decent mint flavor right off the bat, then you get the bits of chocolate chip that follow it. The small mix-ins of the chocolate chips give you the impression it's dehydrated icecream lol Glad to see it wasn't a powdered green protein w/o the tiny chocolate chips!

Only qualm (and I'll see if this holds true) is, aftertaste. It may be because I did bake it.

So, tonight I'll be doing a classic shake with almond milk (or water).

Looks nice. I'll be having my first go in a bit here with just a scoop in some vanilla CarbMaster milk -- will do some actual baking and experimenting over the weekend. That looks tasty!

Right on man!!! Glad you got this

That "brownie" looks fantastic

I haven't baked with it yet. But I think you'll be happy with it just as a shake. The chocolate bits are the best part!

Good to hear. Not a baker so something pleasant to drink and hit the sweet tooth is perfect

It really does hit the spot. I am not a big sweets guy, but sometimes I will get a random craving and this is perfect for that

Tried the MCCI in 10oz unsweetened almond milk last night.

Mix-ability- 10/10
Few shakes (w/shaker ball) and the protein was completely mixed

Texture- 10/10
Smooth, not chalky nor thick/gummy

Flavor- 9/10
Definitely strong mint taste with every drink, slowly dissipates and the chocolate chips give the chocolate aspect that tie the flavor together

The "aftertaste" I spoke of in my OP wasn't present with the shake. It could of been a combination of baking and the baking soda. Either way, the protein is still a great flavor.

Thanks for the solid review bro. Even more excited to try this now

Got mine today :) Will get a thread and review up tomorrow when I crack it open

I think you'll like it (if you're a mint fan)

I'm out of oats but I'm going to try a bowl of overnight oats when I replenish my gains pantry lol

Yes! Glad you didn't have the aftertaste with this round.

Have been pretty sick lately

But, so far I've only done two cakes, almond and water with the MCCI.

Last time I added coconut oil to my cake and it was 10/10

The MCCI hasn't worn on me yet! Still REALLY enjoy it
