Prostaglandins for a long time (10years+) ?

Never heard of this, but elevated PGE2 can result in excessive inflammation so one may need to balance PGE1 and PGe3 with pge2

Are you talking about exogenous prostaglandins? I do believe you would not have even made it to birth if you were allergic to your body's own prostaglandins.

There may need to be more information to this. May be Dr John can elaborate on this. I am going to admit that out of my league unless I am not understanding the question correctly.
