hey guys, ive been reading and researching for a while about aas and how they work so here is my proposed first cycle, just need to fine tune and gather ingredients.
Since this is my first time, ive read that first timers should run 10 week cycles, is there any credit to that?
basically the situation is this, i am 5'10", 175 @ 13% b/f. i want to cut my bodyfat, not weight, this obviously can be done by greatly increasing my lbm while not increasing my bodyfat, this is my goal, not particularly to loose massive amount of body fat, but to increase my lbm so that it effectively looks that way.
stats:5'10", 175 @ 13% b/f.
wk1-8: 150mgs eod test prop
wk2-8: 75mgs ed fina
wk6-pct: clen (not sure of dosage, could someone help here)
wk8-12(pct): nolva (2wks @ 60/ 2wks @ 40)
wk8-12(pct): clomid (not sure of dosage maybe 50-75mg)
considering my stats, would anyone be able to recommend an approximate diet split like 40/40/20 (just an example and not what i plan on unless that is the best). right now im in keto and it has worked well to get the bf down while sparring muscle.
with fina ive read that the gains are small but quality gains and will keep well if cals are maintained after the cycle.
so my questions are this:
1) - is test prop @ 150 eod and fina @ 75 ed good cutting gear for somone @ 5'9", 175 @ 13% b/f? i know that the diet makes it a cut or bulk so next Q
2) - what would be the optimal diet for gaining mass while gaining minimal b/f in the process? and a breakdown of fat/carb/prot would be nice
3) - the most important thing to me is pct and i have no means of HCG so i will have to live with clomid and nolvadex, so are the doses and duration correct and is there anything otc i can add to assist in recovery?
4) - LAST Q can i take finasteride during my cycle or reserve for pct and does it hinder gains?
