which of the following would you consider to be the best gynio prevention treatment during a test e 500.wk cycle. i have run PP, superdrol, m1t, halodrol in the past and have no used anything to prevent gyno and didn't get any ichy or puffy nips so i think i'm not to prone to it, but i want to be safe as this would be my 1st "real" cycle i will also use HCG at 250IU 2x week, i understand that increases the risk of gyno

1 low dose ralox ed or eod (what is a good dose, i read that it's better than nolva tahts why i prefer this to nolva)
2 .25mg arimidex ed
3 both
4 25mg ATD ed or eod

i'm willing to sacrifice a little of my gains to prevent gyno and of course the reduced bloat is an added side effect i won't mind, and beside it's my first real cycle so i expect good gains. i also have toremifene, but prefer to save that for PCT

Ralox ED is a good preventative measure. It won't stall gains as it only affects specific estrogen receptors.. ie breast tissue.

Low dose Adex is a good preventative, but I think you should use it only if you are known to have propensity to gyno in the first place.

Both together would be good for curing the gyno that's there.

Don't assume you are not prone to gyno just by a few runs with other compounds.. it can creep up on you when you least suspect it.. it did to me.

Save the Tor for PCT like you were thinking.. good luck.

Letro is more powerful than adex from what I have seen. I am running letro now with test/tren. I didn't run anything the first 3 weeks, got a little soreness now I do about 1mg/day and the soreness is all but gone. Yes I am also running cabergoline. I have seen people recommending adex and ralox alot lately.

Just note ralox takes approx. 2 weeks to kick in. It would be best if started a few days prior to starting the cycle.

PS - where's the "nolvadex" option?

well i'm not really a fan of nolva and i've read the research that ralox is more effective at treating gyno. Where did you hear that ralox takes two weeks to kick in? or is this just from personal experience/user feedback?
