Prohormone stack for overweight man

You need to work on weight loss and getting your body fat percentage to an acceptable level before you start jamming ph into your body.
 
Alright first things first: we need some facts. Type of working out you do power/bodybuilding what’s your diet look like. We all cheat at times. People will tell you to take no supplements or you don’t need them. but I reccomend buying an ECA stack to lose weight so that’s caffeine pills primatine and baby asprin. Thirty mins of cardio everyday. Pick up some dmz and take everyday for 6-8 weeks. At 8 mg.
 
Just started back body building, cleaning my eating up, low carbs and high protein. Should i start off with compound lifts full body or a training split?
 
Compound lifts and full body training 3x per week, not a lover of cardio for fat loss as this can be achieved by diet alone but for cardiovascular health I would recommend 20-30 minutes on off days
 
Like others mention a PH would be bad idea. You could raise BP to unsafe level, amongst other things. Besides diet and exercise, if you feel you still need some help with appetite suppression, or energy, you could look at something like OxyMax. It provides clean euphoric feeling, appetite suppression, increased body temp, and has awesome fat burning and blocking capabilities.

It is still just a supplement to help with the overall big picture. Proper diet and training will always come first.
 
It’s all been said above my friend. I’ve been very overweight and my personal view is that you need to embed (or re embed) the discipline around nutrition and training so that you have the right discipline in place to run a cycle.

Absolutely need to get leaner first before you’ll be able to get the full benefits of a ph run and absolutely focus on compound lifts. Sounds like you’ve been in it before so you’ll probably know this but to start I would just set up a basic progressive overload program and run it until results slow down.

Personally for fat loss I like to make sure my programs hit legs more frequently (3xpw with one of those being via deadlift is my personal preference).
 
cardio to work up a good sweat, lots of low weight high rep sets one after another, never stop sweating. Fat will go away pretty easily, it did for me.

Hey bro, high rep low weight sets for fat loss isn’t correct at all. It’s just bro science.

All that’s for is muscular endurance and a pump (and for small isolated muscles hyperthropy).

Intense sets at higher weights with reps anywhere from 3 to 8 reps would do far more for fat loss.

Steroids are not fatburners and you're not gonna notice anything being heavily overweight. It could help a little to maintain muscles but that's it.
