Someone please tell me a good stac im very over weight and need to start back working out
cardio to work up a good sweat, lots of low weight high rep sets one after another, never stop sweating. Fat will go away pretty easily, it did for me.
This^^^^Hey bro, high rep low weight sets for fat loss isn’t correct at all. It’s just bro science.
All that’s for is muscular endurance and a pump (and for small isolated muscles hyperthropy).
Intense sets at higher weights with reps anywhere from 3 to 8 reps would do far more for fat loss.
I run for about two km daily in the evening and my target weight is 160 pounds.
You need to work on weight loss and getting your body fat percentage to an acceptable level before you start jamming ph into your body.
