Programm suggestion once per week for my sister

Hey guys.. my sister wants to train her just once a week and I'm confused of how to train her just once...
My equipment is some bands and some dumbbells, she is newbie, almost never trained in her life.. can u please make any suggestions?
 
My family is just beginning to weight train (wife is 37, son is 9, daughter is 8). I've got them doing a 30-10-30 program once per week. 8 exercises, one set of each exercise, targets most of the major muscle groups. Rest of the week is spent resting. Only been at it for 3 weeks with them so far, but I figure it's a great intro for the kids and my wife has been looking to start working out again with something that fits our busy schedule. Might be just what you're looking for.

Why should I tell her that? Is it that bad that she wants to start even just once a week?
Yes it’s absolutely useless to train once a week.. and it certainly shows some levels of laziness towards her goals whatever they are. Why would someone "start" by once a week? Makes 0 sense. It’s like trying to get the results wanted with as little effort as possible. Lazy thinking. If she wants to start smooth 3 times a week would make more sense. Then again..results will reflect effort put in.
