program for weight and strength?

can someone layout a lifting program that focuses on weight and strength? ive seen programs for each but not specifically both. Im 6 ft and 163 so i have i little wok to do. Ive been on the SL 5x5 and i think its decent, but i was just wondering if theres a program out there better for strength and weight gains. Thanks in advance

do it EXACTLY the way its laid out. Buy the DVD too so you can see specifics. Forget everything else you've heard or learned and just do what they say. a 45 minute workout every other day has me getting better gains than a 5 way split in the gym for over an hour each day.
