I have developed quite a problem for me. I have recently good back on the horse and started lifting again after stopping for a few years. During my down time I was only running, so I wasnt laying on my *ss. I lost the majority of my muscle composition. So, with my re instatement to the weights, I started taking the basics, BCAA's, creatine mono and jack3d pre workout. I have been back at it for almost 2 months and everything was going great until the other night, me and the wife, which stay pretty sexually active start messing around and it was like I was shooting pool with a rope. This is totally not like me at all. Beside the 3 supplements above, I havent changed anything else.
On the good note, I guess my muscle memory has been re-energized because the definition really is coming back and I am pretty happy with my progress so far.
Stat wise, I am 39 5'11" and weigh in a 190. I cycled M1T last about 5 years ago with a good PCT and had very similar occurence of this same deal then during my cycle. But it stopped once I started my PCT. Any help is appreciated and I do plan on jumping back on a cycle once I get far enough along with my working out.
