triphala isnt a probiotic but i just started using it along side NOW 8 billion probiotic and it seems to be working very well for digestion and regularity

I have heard that Dr. Ohirra's probiotics is one of the best but kind of spendy! I also use NOW super enzymes with bigger meals and definately think it helps with the digestion!

I just started using twinlab's super probiotic. Seems to be doing the job. 1 a day.
