Not very much (reason being: there are a lot of threads already about this and plenty of info online about this....i.e. search).
Teen = hormones at optimal levels
PH = exogenous hormones that hinder/affect teen's hormones
Result = teen potentially spending years trying to get back to normal and looking/feeling worse than before the cycle
Don't do it. I was in your shoes when I was young too. N I wish I had someone to tell me what I new now then. I have seen kids go up 20-30 pounds in 3-5 months under the right diet n training. Do ur research on diet n training not pro hormones!
