Hey guys I am 5' 6" 141 lbs currently in a fat loss phase. I been dieting since middle of December started out at 180 lbs. Lately I been losing roughly around .5lb per week.
My current training split is Laynes PHAT routine with a little variation:
Day 1: Upper power
Day 2: Lower power
Day 3: Push strength
Day 4: Pull strength/hyper
Day 5: Lower hyper
Day 6: Push hyper
Day 7: OFF
Also I am only doing 3 20min MISS 200 calorie burn sessions weekly. My current macros are 200 pro/125 carb/50 fat. This will be my first PH cycle. I am running epistane at 30 mgs for 6 weeks. I am wondering how you think my current macros should change, I am mainly looking to recomp off this cycle. I was definitely thinking to up my protein, but wondering if their are any other changes I should make to have a much more successful run. Thank you.
