So I started prime today.
I will stick to max-ot as my work out routine but add a extra set and see what that will do. So instead of doing 5 i.e I will try 6 sets or if I normally do 8 sets i will do 9 sets but I will still keep it in the 4-6 rep range. I hope I recover faster. I got my blood drawn last week and my CK level was triple of the range in the 300's. Any suggestions to how I can lower it. I don't over train and I get fairly good amount of sleep.
