I have several goals for 2013:

1) kick a$$ through my PCT starting today (which includes Test Powder!)
2) continue to increase my strength through the year and exceed 300lb bench and 400lb squat by this time next year

Make this year the best year for gains and to get out of retail! I'm already running Prime+Anabeta with a bottle of Compound 20 waiting but would Like to run it longer!
 
My #1 goal is to get back in the 220-225lbs range and reach bf% under 12%

That's a good goal, it's mine as well. Expect no "back" I've never been there & I'm giving myself to spring of 2014 lol

That makes 3 of us. I've got about +10lbs to go.

Non gym related, I'd like to make a career change. It's going to be a big challenge at this point, but I think worth it in the long run.
 
In 2012 I lost Approx 2 lbs of bodyfat, but gained almost 15 lbs of LBM. (220@23% to 233@21%). My goal for 2013 is to LOSE 15lbs of fat and GAIN 5 lbs of muscle. That would put me about 225 lbs and less than 15% bodyfat which is my primary fitness goal.
 
2013 Goal is a natty 1400+ lb total.

315 Bench
650 Dead
450 Squat

Is what I'm shooting for. Raw, of course.

2013 Goal

My 2013 strength and physical goal is to break PR's and revolutionize my physique. I'm 5'10 & I weigh 160-lbs (lean with good endurance) but I want to add muscle mass. I currently do some competitive running and am immersed in crossfit but find it very difficult to add strength and mass. I think these supplements could help immensely.

My goal, after seeing so many of my family and friends turn obese and unhealthy, is to be fit, trim and one of the oldest (now 52) heavy lifters on this board by breaking my 250 lb bench plateau and move to 275!!!

My goal for 2013 is to continue adding quality dense muscle mass and to learn something new every day.
 
My #1 goal of 2013 is to finish my second semester on the deans list and become bigger, stronger and faster than all of my competition for the starting running back position on my universities football team.
 
My 2013 goal is to continue to gain quality lean muscle while maintaining low body fat, also to spend as much time with my beautiful wife and son that I possibly can!
 
My number one goal for 2013 is simply to let God lead my life, and I follow. I am done trying to do things on my own. I fail quite often without his guidance. #truestory :)

Have you tried SuperCissus Alex?. It's good stuff. I just ran out and the guys who shipped it to me sent me the old 120 cap bottles when I paid for the 150 cap one. Now I gotta wait to probably have to ship it back and wait for them to ship me a new bottle just so I can start it again. Sucks because it seems to take a bit to kick in and now I have to go off of it because of the online shop that sold it to me. Boo hoo!. You should try it out anyway, the 150 cap bottle is a great deal.

I was wanting to get a Cissus product of some sort cause I hear it's good stuff. Just broke as hell at the moment. Will look into it regardless, Thanks!

An option is the USPpowders bulk Cissus, before when I was short on $$ I'd use that. Just a bit of a pain to parachute but Super Cissus is what allowed me to play college baseball and not kill my liver with NSIADS. The only thing that would keep my partially torn UCL under "control" and my biceps tendinitis at bay to be able to throw.

Goal is to put on more lean muscle mass while increasing strength. This iS obviously everyone's goal haha. Really want to make the back wider and thicker though.

Looking to start my certification for personal training and strength and conditioning coach also.

Goal: 200 lbs at 12% bf or 205 @ 13. Currently 198 @ 14.5. Prime & C20 should help with some lean beef!
 
How do you guys get your bf%? Do you go to the doctor? I'm interested to see what mine is.

Scales, body fat calipers, bod pod is ur best bet though if ur around one.

I live in small city South Dakota lol are scales accurate though? I thought about buying one that read bf% but figured technically speaking for my height should be about 20 lbs lighter than what it would read and it can't take into account muscle development
 
a decntsclae does an ok job but will fluctuate based on how much water you are holding at that time so I would suggest when you take ur bf write down how much water uve taken in the few days prior and any extra carbs or sodium u may have had due to holding more water.....mre hydration usually equals a lower bf reading
