Prime Question

I've been taking Prime (asteroid stack) for 6 weeks, I have a week of vacation coming up and then I will be taking it again for another 6 weeks. I figured I have a few options for the week I'm not going to be training...

1. Stop Prime for the week- I really don't want to wait 3 weeks for the real strength gains to kick in like the first run.

2. Take it at reduced dosage for the week- I was thinking 1 3x day

3. Take it at full dose- I don't want to waste it while not training.

Any advice from the reps on this would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I would continue dosing it just at a lower dose as you mentioned. 3-5 capsules per day.

Glad this question was asked as it's a pain timing dosing with your routines sometimes.

I plan of doing progressive dosing and HST training .. I want to run Prime for a full 12 weeks so...

Week 1-4 5/7 dosing (using the 800 mg caps)
Week 5-6 7/9 dosing
Rest week treat it like regular non workout day probably maybe back to 5 a day though.
Weeks 7-8 guess back to 7/9 would be good
Weeks 9-10 8/10
Weeks 11-12 10/13

How are you setting up HST? I am huge fan of HST, and basically trained that way with minor variation for about 6 years. I've been away from it for about 2 years now. I may have to get back to it soon, as I find it's easier on the joints and low back since you don't go heavy every week. The progressive dosing is interesting to say the leasts. I'll be watching how it goes.

Don't know I am just getting the gist now, I was just planining on ruinning a text book plan. 6 weeks 3 times a week 15's 10's then 5's break then change the exercises do it again. I will be looking for input before I begin. Exercises will be basic compound movements...

If this is your first go round with HST, then definitely go with the test book set up. I know my first cycle of it I gained 13lbs, with nothing but protein and fish oil. Not all of that was muscle, but I wasn't near as savy with my diet back then. This was 8 years ago, and I was 31 at the time. Good luck.

Sounds good ... it just seems this training will go a lot easier on my joints and CNS than some of the routines I have been doing...
 
Question for anyone who can answer...I am on the Asteroid stack but i was wondering if it is safe to stack with mitotropin by gaspari??

I always liked that about HST. The first 3 or so weeks prepare your joints for the heavier weeks.
