Prime is SO good!

Hi there,

Afraid of being flamed/yelled at. I am currently using 2 Recreate in the AM and Prime. I have been losing fat pretty successfully over the past 6 weeks, but have been doing it with an IF lifestyle, one big meal at night, or a small meal and medium size meal at night after work. I keep my carbs anywhere from 0 to 15 grams - this is just easier for me as when I tend to get fancy with cooking I eat crap.

I like Prime as I feel it keeps my strength up, but was wondering if it is a waste to take all 6 at once, or if I should take 2, 3x a day, even though it is on an empty stomach for the first two intervals... Or should I just take 3 at my evening meal? It has just been 10 days or so with Prime so I don't have tangible results, just anecdotal gut stuff.

The great thing I forgot to mention is that I took Super Cissus (3 before my evening meal), and it practically healed a shoulder injury I incurred, I can do chinups and dips again!!! Gosh, I am so excited after I couldn't do them out of sheer pain for the past 5 weeks!!!

again, I know a lot of folks are not fans of the one meal a day crowd, but I am getting stronger and my tummy is slowly shrinking - again, I want to be clear and state that I am a relative newbie in terms of consistent gym going, not a buffed stud like a lot of the guys on this site...

I am trying to be a trim and buffed Indian guy

Thanks again everyone and especially USP Labs

You can take 6 at once but on workout days I would take 3 45 minutes before a workout and 3 with the meal and on off days just take 6 at night.

I actually am doing a similiar plan but with 2 insuligenic protein meals(meaning spiking insulin and getting anabolic without carbohydrates...well MINIMAL carbs..works amazing for me!...leaning up and getting stronger while satisfying the need for a big meal) along with a big meal..

DO you workout at night?

actually, I work out first thing in the morning after popping 2 Recreate, tomorrow will be my first attempt at 2 Recreate and 2 scoops of Jacked... I look forward to tossing in 3 Prime as well

that is great news regarding the Prime, I didn't know I could take Prime before my workout, I thought it had to be taken with food...

how do you spike insulin without carbs??? I know protein ups insulin too, but I think it is mediated by it's collaberative rise with glucagon as well

thanks

I have been very non-conventional about dieting the last few years with great success. Now I am somewhere in between I eat only 4 meals a day maximum and only 2 of those are larger meals.. lunch being the biggest meal. I cycle my carbs rather randomly and this way I am able to maintain a more normal lifestyle. 6 meals a day is not for everyone, it didn't really work that well for me, except if I was contest dieting.

I actually did a version of the warrior diet and lost 70 lbs is 5 months when I had gotten severely overweight. It was this that turned me on to the idea of less meals. I think I am more genetically compatible with this style of eating.

are there any side effects if you stop taking prime like say you try it and its just not your thing and u cut prime and similiar products to prime out entirely are there any health risks that might happen?

There are no recorded/reported side-effects of USPlabs PRIME cessation. Weight gain is contributed to a Lean Body Mass and most users retain the stength/muscle mass and body-fat loss acquired during their USPlabs PRIME use.

There is a definite psychological element for me - when I am hungry I cannot help but be distracted by the hunger pangs.

Yah this is a lot more prominant with people of your body type. Us more "efficient" types seem to be able to last longer between meals without getting hungry.

AP help with this

hi there

I think I am sorta stalling with my lc/zero carb, so I just picked up some Anabolic Pump on a whim from the Vitamin Shoppe down the street.

I was thinking about starting with 30 grams of carbs, with my evening meal, basically a half a cup on rice... I think I got an email long ago from Jacob saying that this was ok for those of us in the fat/carb sensitive market and to slowly increase over time to 50 grams, but to start off at 30

The last time I used AP, I used it incorrectly and just binged on carbs like a friggin' idiot, this time I have a lot more discipline so I hope this works...

I hope organic cinnamon won't screw this up, as I toss a 1/2 tsp into my evening protein shake, a little help?

btw, Prime is wonderful, at 6 a day with my evening meal and low calories, getting pretty darn strong

Cinnamon will not affect the effectiveness of AP in this respect, so, no worries there! In regard to your intended carbohydrate load, that sounds more than adequate; beginning at thirty and incrementally increasing to fifty should be instituted universally!

im 17 and gunna buy prime i think im gunna do 9 on workout days nd 6 on non workout days is that good or shood i do 12 on workout days nd 9 on non workout days??

Basketball i started 6 a day for a week just finishing week one and am gonna start doing 9 on workout 6 on off. thats probally best way 12 -and 9 is gonna cost a ton not worth it. the whole thing would last like 14 days if that.

I just recently got 2 bottles of prime i just finished week one at 6 caps a day for 7 days basically a loading phase to test it. Im planning on running something like this now.

6-6-6-6-6-6-6
8-8-8-8-8-8
9-8-9-8-9-8
9-8-9-8-9-8
8-8-8-8-8-8

this utilizes the weeks 3-4 which are said to be where you make most of the gains. would this be a solid dosage schedule taking saturday or sunday off.

It looks fine.

I'll never forget my run of dthc/prime of last fall. 4 dthc, 8 prime 5 on/2off.

I'd say very close to SOME hormonal runs.
Honestly, I never seen any difference from 8 at once or 4 split. I just it was easier to do 4 split.

Man I can't wait... I wll be doing a ramp up 8 weeker with DTHC after this cut/recomp..

Prime has given me at age 50 better results from my training than I have ever experienced in over 20 years of lifting. If I were to make a run to get back on stage right now I would be close to 20 lbs heavier and leaner than I have even been by the way things are going. What I want to do is maintain 10-12% for another year and see what my skin does. By that time I may have added another 10 lbs of mass using prime which would bring my comp weight up again!!

Yes, with PowerFULL the 5/2 approach is necessary. The effects will fade without the brief (2 day) cessation period.

what if someone was to run Powerfull on a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off protocol to fit into my workout schedule...will the effects still fade without the 2 day off period?

This would work just fine. PowerFULL is an extremely versatile supplement.

Keep in mind, that you can dose PowerFULL on off-days, even if this is only the pre-bed dose.
