Prime and Fat loss?

I am about to end a long cut and got down to 7% bodyfat. I don't want to gain any fat back and was wondering if I do a clean bulk on Prime can I gain any fat? I have heard alot of people talking about losing fat on Prime, infact very frequently. I was told that I can and should over eat on Prime because of its recompositionary effects. Anyone use Prime and actually gain fat? I always hear people only lose fat on it.

Anabolic Pump with PRIME with a clean diet designed to gain muscle will accomplish exactly what you want..big and lean....

^^^Love those 2 for a clean & lean bulk.
The only way you'll add fat to your frame is if your cals are out of whack or they're dirty.
Eat big & clean with those 2 products and you'll dig the results!

To be perfectly honest, I just want to take Prime alone. I dont want to spend the extra money on AP. My diet will definitely be clean and my calories will not be excessive, but I have been told to slightly over eat on Prime because of recomp effects.

So your question is, how do you eat on Prime?
Same as you otherwise would. You could push the cals/carbs up a bit, but the whole issue as to remaining lean is to continue doing the things you have been with your diet. Start eating like crap, bad foods, or let your macros go all to hell, you're gonna gain fat pure & simple.
Prime & AP together would let you push the caloric consumption moreso than Prime alone. Where you will notice the benefit of Prime most is in your training (strength) and recovery..not to mention the nice all-day full-body pumps and alpha-male feelings going on! :D

The alpha and all that is cool, I just want to add muscle to my frame without fat gain. Once again my diet will be clean eggs, fish, rice etc. I won't be using AP unfortunately, but if what I hear of prime is right than I should be okay. Just wanted input because, I keep hearing from everyone is that they get leaner on it. I assume not everyone is eating clean nor counting calories though, lot of people they got really hungry on it. I mean if your hungry and your over the calories you should eat on your meal what do u do? Not eat and be hungry on a bulk?

Then you've picked the right supp.

The best route here in my opinion would be to add another small meal to your daily feedings, rather than increase the size of one meal just because you happen to be hungry at the time. Eat more! Then you bring in the metabolic benefits of more frequent feedings..allowing you to ultimately eat more while remaining lean!

Yeah, I agree. I eat every 3 hours so, thats something I will have to manipulate depending on how hungry I get on prime we will see.

Just think of it like this, eat as you normally would for the goals you are trying to achieve - and just take the prime as directed and I am sure you will gain more muscle than you would have. I hope at this point you have learned it is all about diet, supplements don't allow you to eat dirty and stay lean...thats ridiculous.

I just invested in this stack but I DO NOT want to lose weight. 6"4 230lbs 8% bf and can not afford to lose any weight or fat. I frequently hear that this stack does give you strength gains but does it also give you mass? or do you trim up and become more defined because i am not interested in that, i have no problem staying defined no matter how much i eat. Just as background info I work out 5 days/week.... past couple months have been the traditional chest/back, bi's/tri's, legs, shoulders, bi's/tri's with abs in everyday

Guide To Physique Recomp 101..

Let's clarify, shall we?

If you eat more, you will gain size, and size equates out to more weight.
If you eat less, you will lose size, and thus this equates to less weight.

Within the amount of what you are eating (also known as calories) are what these foods are comprised of (also known as macronutrients, or protein/carbs/fats in laymans terms).

The amounts and macros of foods consumed will determine more than anything else what your shape will become, whether you gain or lose, whether you 'bulk' or 'cut'.

Now, yes there are supps that will help you bulk, and conversely supps that will help you cut. But diet will be the #1 determinant factor.

So, if you want to gain muscle mass/bulk, you must be in a caloric excess.
If you want to lose fat/cut, you must be in a caloric deficit.

And this leads us to:

Prime/AP stack will help you bulk, given that you are eating enough.
Prime/AP stack will help you cut, given that you are eating less/keeping foods clean/keeping physical activity up.

These are quite unique and versatile products that you can tailor to your own goals.

It is really quite simple.

Hopefully that clarifies things.

if you lose anything it will be fat not muscle and if you eat correctly you will gain muscle not fat while on PRIME.

I always urge the use of Anabolic Pump with ANY anabolic!

Here's what happens with me on prime... I eat just above maintenance with refeeds and I stay the same weight and lose fat.

I increase Prime doseage I get real hungry eat more and have massive refeeds, even eat a little unclean. I gain weight and still lose fat. I am an endo and would always normally gain fat if I ate like this. Prime requires more calories but the fat stays off. I think you could eat 500-1000 calories more a day than usual and you can still not gain fat. People who are using this to bulk and not gaining a lot are simply not eating enough. You can't eat your normal bulk calories when using this compound you have to ramp it up. Let your hunger be your guide, and the world will turn...

I would add that Prime will allow you to increase your volume of exercise while helping to avoid the overtraining that can result from increased volume. More calories burned exercising will increase your average caloric deficit.

Aye Aye! This is my personal favorite aspect!

Great post by Steve.

But I was just like to add and suggest not to overthink things.
I would simply add back calories each week and re evaluate and how you feel and look. Too many guys jump the gun and add back tons of calories expecting to look great and make great gains. Its doenst work that way. Small changes are the key with patience for results.

Good luck

Simple yet extremely invaluable advice there Joe. Whether it's a cut or a bulk, slow & gradual modifications are always the way to go.
And this guy practices what he preaches -- dude looks great right now, but he's like 22 weeks out from his show -- and he's already been in prep for at least 4-6 weeks or so that I know of!
That's the patience of a professional..
AWESOME. :clap2:

Good post, It took me a long time to learn this lesson. I never go on an all out bulk or an all out cut anymore (would only have to do so at he end of a contest prep though). Gradual changes are the key for me anyway. I like to refer to it as different shades of recomp.

Oh, no kidding? Maybe it's not good that I'm using it on my cut then? :dunno:

I do, as long as I am not megadosing I'm fine and Prime seems to eliminate fat gain. I can handle more calories during cut which is a great whey to cut. With AP it can't be beat for fat loss.

Appetite suppression is a poor way to diet.

Simply brilliant..when will ppl realize this?

It kills me when I'm in the shop and ppl come in complaining about how they can't lose the weight/fat, and they say "my gosh, I'm only eating once a day now..what more can I do?"

I know .. if your really hungry it's your body telling you, you need food. Just make it good food. How tough is that. That's why these crap fad diets make money they see the numbers on the scales go down and think there making progress even though half of what they lose is muscle.
