In college I would always do 1 scoop upon waking/pre-class, then lift afterwards (3-4 hours after having Focus XT) so I know that struggle.

APS Carnosyn Beta Alanine (Optional if you dose at other times)
MRM BCAA+G (Optional and I'll be dropping BCAA since I eat prior)

A little over $1.20 a serv. The bulks will last months, the Ergonine 7.5 weeks @ 4 workouts per week.

I looked it up. 400mg caffeine, ephedra and DMAA? No thanks. I prefer my heart to actually function during and after my workout.

Do you think that "Ephedra" in there, is doing anything? It would be illegal if it was the only Ephedra that works - E. Sinica/Ma Huang.

Never buy any product from any company that sells in the US... that claims "Ephedra" - they are scamming you, IMO.
 
Conqu3r is great, I throw a bit more caffeine into it and I haven't had a bad time with it yet. The mango flavor is fairly bad, mixes a bit thick and chalky but it's to be expected with such a large serving size. Other than that, it has one of the most comprehensive formulas out there.

I also enjoy doing 2 scoops of Jack3d Advanced/Micro (mostly because they're cheap) with a scoop or two of High Volume.
 
For me currently mixing half dr. jeykll and half mr. hyde. Also insane labz psychotic

Just starting using Myokem Nitramine last week and I absolutely love it! Easily one of the best pre-workouts I have ever tried. I did add a few things like extra agmatine, cituline malate, and nitrates, but I mainly bought it for the energy and focus. I was locked in the entire workout and honestly had to stop myself because I just kept wanting to life!

The dragon fruit flavor is delicious, making Nitramine one of the better tasting pwo.

High Volume and Nitramine are my current favorites. Between the two, I love Nitramine's focus and mood, HV for energy.
 
Has anyone tried Komodo Vaskular. How is the process of the ARA in a powdered form achieved? And how is the supplement taste?

1MR Vortex "snow cone" is one to consider. The energy and mental focus are outstanding. At two scoops the pump is awesome as well

I've used 1mr vortex and its pretty good as well. High volume and mesomorph are still hard to beat though.
 
Check out the Psyched preworkout capsules by Iron Champ USA. There are a few logs going on now.
 
Anybody use Insane Labz Psychotic? Just saw this at my local supplement store. Thought I read a review someplace that it compared to OG Craze. Was just wondering if anybody has tried it.
 
yes I bought it off their actualy web site and thought I was on the original Craze, prodigy and them some. It's the strongest I've touched in years.

What kind of "Ephedra" does it list on the ingredient panel? We know it isn't E. Sinica, as they would be breaking the law.

Never mind, I found the label:

"Ephedra nevadensis PWD (leaves)"

and then they put this at the bottom:

"Ephedra alkaloids have been removed from the Ephedra sinica." Huh??????? LOL

That isn't doing anything (but the other ingredients will mask it's ineffectiveness), and I wouldn't give that company money. JMO

Don't hate… It packs a hell of a punch, like Mike Tyson... Will have you sweating like a madman in the gym. Strongest thing I've tried in a long long time buddy

Yes they remove the alkaloids hence the difference between ephedra and ephedrine. If it had the alkaloids it would be ephedrine which is illegal
 
But it's not the "Ephedra" - that's my point. Companies that sell in the U.S., and claim "Ephedra", are trying to hoodwink the consumer.

The only "Ephedra" that did anything was E. Sinica aka Chinese Ma Huang. It got banned in the U.S. No other "Ephedra" species does anything. So, by claiming "Ephedra" and using Nevadensis (doesn't do anything) = Marketing scam attempt to hook uneducated consumers, IMO
