Preventative advice for a young~ish guy?

Hey everyone,

I'm 25, and while I still look pretty young, I'm starting to noticeably age in a few areas (mostly skin, but also other areas).

What advice would you give to someone at my age? Things that are relatively easy (not only the obvious stuff please) that are a good idea to do before aging really sets in?

From doing a bit of research, the amount of information is absolutely insane and I'm completely overwhelmed. The internet seems to be full of scams / bad advice... really very confused. If anyone could help out, I'd appreciate.

Better than excellent idea.

Do three tests.
One at Quest Diagnostics
list here on post # 44:

and two at Genova Diagnostics.

the reference is on the above post but for convenience:

GDX NutrEval Profile

Estroessence Complete 24hr

The Quest list cost $3500, with insurance my out of pocket $6

The EstroEssence (estrogens only, lack of info) cost $384.99, with insurance $0.00

Do not have a bill yet for the third one, but expect similar payments.

This is easy

1) do not smoke

2) Use sunscreens whenever possible.

3) Control body fat

4) Avoid trauma

Eat more produce in your diet. Aim for 6-8 servings per day, especially ones with higher levels of anti-oxidants(e.g. spinach, berries, oranges, tomatoes, etc.).
