Been recovery from shoulder bursitis for a little under two month resting my shoulder by refraining from pressing in the gym. My doctor has now given me the go ahead to start pressing. I’m gonna start with lower weights, but I also want to start with whatever chest presses will give the least tension to my shoulder bursitis.
Which lift would be easier on my bursitis, hammer Strength machine bench presses or dumbbell bench presses? Not sure which one has less shoulder involvement.
Also between incline hammer strength bench machine and regular hammer strength bench machine would one be less hard on bursitis than the other or both he same? Finally, similar question about dumbbell bench presses. Would one be less hard on the bursitis between incline dumbbell bench press or flat?
