but little known secret is - STACK THEM together at same time! and make sure you are drinking 5 of those shakes daily, all spread thru the day, on top of your 8 real food meals

DB, I would highly suggest opening up a log in the training section and starting with a "clean slate". Be honest with stats, goals, diet and training. If you are serious and open minded then everyone will help you. Until then you are going to be treated like a troll. It's up to you but there are many AMers here that can really help you. Good luck man.

Going off what kp said list your goals. Even cardio changes as goals change.

I'd personally add in quite a bit of glycerol monostearate. At least 5 heaping tablespoons before every meal. Best way to take it is just scoop it all into a small cup and take it like a shot. Big time gains.

Then come back. ****ing read posts, use google, at least learn enough to know what questions to ask and then we will help you out. It doesn't just make your dick hard. It's a vaso dialator. So it increased blood flow in areas stimulated. If you stimulate muscle that's the place blood goes and stays . If you take it and go to the gym and get turned on by all the dudes walking around in tank tops then you are trouble...

I only use it for special occasions like when I'm in Vegas at the rhino, or I want to pummel some unsuspecting sloot into oblivion...

And said sloot must come with a great story to tell my boys or it's not worth it in my opinion....

1st off when I do use it (which isn't ED) I only use 2-3mg (vs. the 10-15 you'd use for sexual purposes). 2nd tadalafil is not like viagra in that it gives you a boner for 3 hours and then it goes away. It simply makes you harder when you do get aroused. Unless your playing with your **** while lifting, it shouldn't be a problem. you pop one post workout :dance:

Agreed, 5 mg does me wonders in the gym. Also spikes my anxiety

This advice is ****en awesome. Really is true if you wanna become a ****en monster! I think the most important part is the training part. Train till you think you've failed then push more and more. What I though was failure a year ago isent even close to the failure I've reaches during my workouts this year. And in sure next year I'll say the same things. The mind set needs to be spot on and you really so have to have some inner ****en demons to hit true failure.

True **** homie. I do all that. Except slin abuse. I use "enough" to grow. I'm not at the point of needing a ton because enough works fine. Everything else.... Spot on

Has anyone used superdrol base? It's just like tren base in terms of idea do it pre workout but obviously it's superdrol.
 
Hands down old school Ment tabs. From Zero to sweaty ready to grip it and rip it in about 10 minutes. Think think others can tell you are on it as well judging by the expression on their fce and the fact that everyone seemed to move out my way. This stuff was fun on a bun.

Getting some test no Ester, tren no Ester , Dbol blend 50/50/50 that should be a very fun preworkout
