Pre-Tryout Supp Choices?

have a tryout this Sunday for a national arena football team. Invalid Link Removed it's basically the nfl's version of arena football league. It is broken up into 2 sessions, a morning and afternoon session. I was wondering what if anything I should take in the morning especially to help give me that extra boost. In the morning I will be doing the 40yd dash:food: and agility cone drills. Then in the afternoon is position drills. I really want to impress in the 40, just because I used to run a 4.32 but I weighed around 160 then. I run around a 4.5 now but I weigh a cool 220 :). Any suggestions on how I should set this up for that day. Including meals, drinks, supps I should be taking that day or the night before please feel free to offer.

Strong Safety/Linebacker.... but since it's arena I have to play both ways so tight end fullback too lol.

I played receiver in high school.... Gonna make it very interesting. :)

Do semi pro football check for gear? Just curious. What about arena? Also does anyone know if semi-pro pay the players or no?

I dunno about the gear issue, but i know they get paid... it's probably not very much like minor league baseball, but it's something I really wan't to try to do.
 
I really feel good on say GO and Nitrojet. Pretty natural pick me up and feeds both brain/ body well. Should help you focus too. Being jacked only part of the eqaution. Good luck man. Just make sure you try out the mix a few days before try outs. Suck if you got the shits before sprints. :whiner:
