I want to get down to contest shape.. Right now im probly sittin at 13% bf.. I know theres a bunch of different ways to get down jus wanna hear some opinions..what has worked best for you.( of those who have conpeted) cut carbs out rite from the beginning? Cycle carbs the while way through or jus use a defecit and then deplete rite before the show to thhen carb back up?

That first one looks like a good read.. I saved em both to my honescreen on my phone..the second seems legit for precontest. That will prob be my goto when i compete since im too broke to pay for a plan.. Im looking for anecdotal info as well ..What gave you used with wat kind of result
 
I never used the plan personally but know of many others who have.

You can hit up scottydoc and mrkleen. I believe they both used the first one or something similar to it.
