pre-bed time meal

My favorite bed time meal is tuna with cottage cheese, its rich in protein and very easy to prepare, in fact I'm about to grab some right now
 
prebed im not usually in the mood for real food but if i were it would be cottage cheese atw. as it is i religiously use 2 scoops on casein with a small handful of walnuts in water. that will certainly keep you anabolic
 
i like either cottage cheese or greek yogurt with a little protein powder and pb or nuts before bed! :)
