Porn, alcohol, gambling. They all get someone in trouble & none will ever be eliminated. Prayer may help, it certainly cannot hurt, but any such creation of man means that ownership of self and seeking higher purpose is paramount to overcoming such issues, IMO.

Cheeky, we obviously won't go into details, but you must be the Yoda of tank cleaning :-) I was only able to do it with one thought on my mind, and it was not approved from above.… Are you able to make grocery list and whatnot while tank cleaning? A multitasking tank cleaner you are? LOLOL
I do agree when you start adding external stimulation that the sexual addiction seems to become more of an addictive nature to people.

Ha! We're getting off topic again...but i'll just say that when test levels are high and breathing is controlled then a release can be beneficial in a number of ways, not least in helping to avert me from objectifying every attractive woman I encounter, in my minds eye. Thta's not a healthy or respectful connection, though if a "short term relationship" is all both desire then needs may be met equally. Sometimes these natty test boosters can work a little too well :naughty:
 
Josh and Sara, our life group leaders, lost their two year old daughter, Sadie. Such a tragic event that happened 8hrs ago . I'm reaching out and asking for an immense amount of prayer for this young couple. I've provided the first names to make this personal.

My prayers and thoughts are with Josh, Sara, Sadie, and everyone else. I'm sorry to hear about their lost. ? Incredibly heart breaking.

That always breaks my heart to hear! Every parents worse nightmare. I will certainly pray Josh and Sara that they may heal from what they may never understand. I pray that God can give them glimpses of their lil Sadie, with Him, in perfect peace.
 
I moved down here last June for work and am staying at a Rv park. About midnite the camper went to shaking and it woke me up and I stayed up till 3 when the tornado warnings finally went away. I saw on the news how a tornado went thru a Rv park in LA and tore it to pieces I think 3 people died. Made me nervous to say the least. I'm good but I'm praying for the other people.
 
Bump!

I'm always in need of prayer. Inparticularly wisdom for dealing with my 14yo daughter. It's amazing how one day you are the king and the next you're not quite so Royal. Been through it with my 27yo daughter but it's never a great feeling to be in conflict in so many areas with someone you simply adore.

My wife is more and more bonded with her which leaves me feeling like an outsider too often. Reasoning and logic is a foreign concept in my life right now.

Then there's the job as well as finances...too much to elaborate upon. Job turned dead-end and just dropped nearly a grand into vehicle maintenance. Such is life.

Just wanted to put out a prayer request for Matt (dsade) who is heading for some back surgery that is long overdue.

I know he wouldn't ask for it, so I'm doing it for him. He's such a great guy who always looks out for his customers, so I just hope this goes as smoothly for him as it possibly can. I can't even imagine dealing with all of the medical setbacks he's had recently.

I have been there. Living Hell. But you know, time heals all wounds. Even Found a better women which I thought was impossible. You will too. Give it time.

Im praying now and could use an extra if anyone is willing. For the last 10 years ive had a very decent life making good money 2016 was a very bad year. Im in a new company had to deal with a employee also best friend of boss harrassimg me all the time.

He did some really ****ed up **** one time and instead of beating his ass i tried to do the right thing and report him to HR because my baby was 1yr old at the time. Huge mistake! I have been retaliated against non stop and suffered tremendously financially because they wouldnt work me stripped me of privelages like training that aloud extra income.

Something unbelievable just happened a few weeks ago i cant mention right tgis minute but was done on purpose for me to miss 2 weeks of work. I finally broke i have never been depressed i jad the worst panic attack when i returned i am off work in therapy work wants to fight it and have 0 income and will lose my apartment before this gets settled.

On the bright side ive had a few consultations and all wanna take my case. I am in for 1 hell of a ride next few months and have no clue how im gonna make it with my family. I can only turn to god and i feel horrible that i neglect god and only in a sever time like this ive been seeking him.
 
Praying it all works out for you. Are you attending a church?

Life is hard I am praying. My fiance and I take care of our disabled son who was born with no Small intestines and we are 22 and I work and go to school and it's so hard we never have time alone because of all the nurses and people who come over and all his appointments. We don't have our footing yet and live in a poor area. I pray everyday for good news.yesterday we actually had some more bad. Staying positive keeps us going. Peace

Car accident last night. I'm ok. Bruised but just coming down from a virus.

It's horrible driving here in Florida. I really don't like it.

Hey guys, I need some prayer. I currently play on stage for my church worship team as lead guitarist but I'll be moving an hour away in a few months and I'm really torn as to if I should continue to play or not. Hauling all my gear, the long sundays (practice plus 3 services) makes for a long day when Monday morning gotta be up at 4am. Thanks guys.
