PPPOOOOOOWWWWWEEEERRRR MMMMAAAAXXX- the log

Invalid Link Removed

Obviously the picture quality is shyt. I gave accepted the garbage called my camera phone. But I haven't posted a back shot. I need more of the big things like thickness, width, and density, but it is what my 187 pound body has right now

If you put us together, we would be badass....lol

Side note: forgot to mention I am still squatting barefoot and loving it. Highly, highly recommend

Yeah man I dead and squat in socks all the time, once I started doing them like this doing them with sneakers just feels wrong

Quick update working on the last week of Powermax. Tomorrow will be the last day of the log and I am very impressed. These last 3 weeks have been very good. It has been a long time since I have felt stronger and have put together a decent string of workouts. Time has not been kind, so I am not able to get my training where I want it to be.

Like this morning. Only 25 minutes. I tried to build strength and size. So I did z-press and lateral supersets. I then did reverse grip front raises. The numbers aren't spectacular. I did start with 135 for 8 on z-press. But between time limitations and throwing in sets of 8 with the 25s on laterals, I couldn't focus on strength the way I would like. But I got something in.

Something is better than nothing. I know what you mean about the time limit. Work last month sucked with people out etc. always wish I had more tine.

Great log and good back pic bro

I will be posting a final review tomorrow probably. I just wanted to mention my last workout with Performax. This product helped me climb back closer to 405 on deads

My final single: 385 with NO belt, just chalk and a double overhand hook grip at 187 pounds. I am back to doubling my bw on deads with no real assistance except for chalk. The rest of my workout was cut short because of a very good, very encouraging, very motivating conversation I had with my new gym owner.

Thanks again guys and a proper review will be coming up

I feel like I'm neglecting you bro. I haven't been in your logs in a couple days. Don't hate me lol.

You are still my hetero-life/lifting partner....for now! Just kidding.

My numbers aren't impressive and I am not very big. I fall into the "everyone can or thinks they can" category. I try at least....lol

I know hombre lol. I'm with ya in that category.

Oh and I'm right behind you on weight. Have you thought about what the owner said yesterday?

Yes I am. I posted in my other thread. But yeah, wife is super supportive and thinks it's a great idea. She has been telling me for awhile that I need to. I guess I just needed someone who really knows what's up to kind of push me that way.

I am going to talk more with him on Monday and see where to go next, what the extent of his help is. I am definitely doing it, though

Awesome bro. Now I gotta step up my game to keep up with you. I think you'll enjoy what is coming!

Final review time!

First, thank you to the whole crew at PerforMax. Everything I have tried from their line has been top-notch from AlphaMax XT, to the original AlphaMac, the original PowerMax, to HyperMax XT and PowerMax XT. Such a great lineup.

As I pride myself on being honest, this has been a great experience. The last 4 weeks have been some of the best in awhile. As you can see in my log, I got consistently stronger throughout my run. The scale weight didn't change much, but my shirts and shorts feel tighter in the right places. This product still tastes really good and I had absolutely no clumping issues with my container from beginning to end. Strength improved, body composition had a minor improvement, and endurance improved. Realistically, the only thing holding me back during the run was lack of time.

To note, the strength gains didn't come because of the creatine and TMG, as I had been taking creatine 2 months prior and have been using TMG everyday for over a year. That is worth mentioning about the products effectiveness.

Thanks again and is there a spot to post in the review section?

Nice bro!

Also, if it isn't listed in the review section, just pm one of the guys and make a new one. I had to do that for DNG.
