Hey guys this is my first log ... Have powerlifting meet Feb 19th and thought it would be good to log my workouts. Iv been working out since I was 16 and I'm 24 now. Been powerlifting about 3 years. Run a couple of basic prohormone cycles but this will be my strongest cycle yet and most thought out i hope lol. Goals are obvious seen as it's powerlifting and that's to lift as much weight as possible. Weight is not much of an issue but I don't want to put on to much weight so calories will be at maintenance. At the moment I'm bridging with sarms from my last cycle and one month into my training cycle running lgd @20mg and rad140 @30mg gainz are good but now I'm starting the five rep range I need to switch things up a level. so In two days il start my proper cycle.
Stats:
Height- 6ft3
Weight- 285lbs 130kg
Around 20 to 25℅ bodyfat
Lifts:
Squat: 230kg
Bench: 165kg
Deadlift: 285kg
Goals:
Squat:250kg
Bench:180kg
Deadlift:300kg
Cycle after the sarms.
8 weeks long:
4 andro @330mg ed (help libido, strength)
Androvar @400mg ed (dry gainz and keep estrogen down)
6 weeks week out from comp methylstenbolone @20mg and two weeks out methylstenbolone @30mg (for outright strength)
Tudca and tonnes of water
If I feel blood pressure to high il add in additional cycle support. Never had a problem before.
Will run arimestage PCT (kept all my gainz on this pct) and bridge into my next cycle with sarms.
Training routine is twice a week but 3 hours long. I prefer to have maximum recovery. And time constraints
Monday: bench, close grip bench, squat and accessories
Thursday: deadlifts, military press, light bench press and accessories.
I will log my bodyweight and main lifts at the end of each week and how I felt.
This week on Monday did bench 125kg 2 sets of 8, close grip 110kg 2 sets of 8 and squats 172.5kg 1 set of 5. All felt relatively easy.
It's Tuesday today and I start my proper cycle on Thursday so il log back on Friday. And update every friday afterwards.
