if i need to take it on a empty stomach should i take it about an hour before i take my nighttime protein shake ? or is there a better way ?

From experience, 3-4 caps 40min-1hr before bed on an empty stomach

is it okay to take my protein shake 40-60 mins after powerfull ?

I would consume all food intake, including protein be it whey or casein before your dose of Powerfull. Give at least a 1/2 hour between the two, preferably more if possible.
