PowerFULL Users---Advice thread!

I like to hear everyones thoughts and advice strictly to educate the proceeding users.

9 caps seems to be the most effective dose. VERY Important to take it 15-20 minutes before eating.

Please post your overall experience and advice.

I got a bottle from the site and a bottle from nutraplanet. Im on the one from synergymuscle right now at 9 caps a day. Started at 9 from day 1 and so far the experience has been great. Great pump in the gym , libido is up, strength def. seems to be up a slight amount, i mean nothin huge but since im cutting this is a plus.

Im also stackin this with cAMPHIBOLIC as well at 9 caps a day. Great product guys im pleased.

Retail, The retail version concentration per cap is a bit higher.

Yup i must agree. I cant complain with this product at all. I think if one was to add this into there PCT that it would benefit them greatly. Honestly cant say enough good things about this product, especially since it is all natural. Props to you guys at USPlabs.

9 caps/day was extremely effective for me at 235-240 lbs.

Works even better stacked w/ 9 caps/day Cissus-rx

Agree w/ Lifted- effects are felt most 1-2 hours after dose

Works very, very well w/ magnesium (deepest, soundest sleep i have ever had, also the most restful)

Pending bloodwork- would recommend this HIGHLY for pct- I actually gained lbm post-cycle on the Beta/Cissus-Rx stack

ya but as far as i see you only get a 2 week cycle @ 9 a day wich would equal ph like results, while the real ph's deliver a min of 4 week cycles. is there any chance of geting an increase in capsule #'s to make up for this diff? also anyone return any blood work yet? i think this would be invaluable information for ALL especially you at USPLABS. any ways thanks for an awesome supp. good work.:thumbsup:

on a quick note -
2 cissus+2powerFULL+1GXR on an empty stomach=a bout of hypoglycemia.

9 a day while on the beta trial was a very effective dose. and if i was starting a run of powerFULL from a cold start i would run at least 2 to 2 1/2 weeks at 9 a day for the purpose of build up. but i am now dosing 4 a day, 2 cissus-2powerFULL-1GXR upon waking and in the afternoon 30minutes before WO (what can i say, i'm cheap, ie. underpaid, and trying to find the lowest maintainance dose i can get away with) 2 cissus before bed.

seems to be working well, the libido and pump effects are not as pronounced but i'm still losing BF, keeping a relatively good mood, and trying to go for a body recomp'. overall body weight remains the same as before starting beta 1 month ago but waist is still getting smaller
with no change in what was already a very clean allbeit not caloricly rententive diet.

You mean that it's very important to take it at least 15-20 minutes before eating, right? Basically it needs to be taken on an empty stomach.
Also, I've been taking 6/day and haven't gotten any results so I'm planning on bumping it up to 9/day starting this weekend.

One thing I don't understand though. If PowerFULL is helping people sleep better, how does it help you when you take it before working out? These two effects would seem to contradict each other, no?

The PF doesn't make you sleepy or induce fatigue. It somehow effects the sleep pattern by just causing a much deeper and more REM sleep.

Interesting. Maybe I'm getting some kind of placebo effect because I take Melatonin to help me sleep at night. I seem to get tired much quicker at night now and I was thinking it was from the PowerFULL.

Been using PF for about 6 days @ 6 caps/day and noticed nothing.
Bumped up to 8 the last two days, and will increase to 9.

First "real" workout (after bumping up) is today.

Not all bud forums are about questions.

We are dealing with a basic herbal supplement thats showing great promise. The effects are so pronounced and designer hormone like that the audience wants blood test. A herbal supplement should not have these effects.

Users are gaing 3-4 lbs, losing fat, gaining strength, sexual desire, increase in mood, and sleep while in PCT.

Time will tell.

No thats better! Eating causes an acidic enviroment that kills the actives or hinders absorption.

Ahh - I see. I thought I was missing something when you mentioned the 20 minutes thing. Bottom line - it's best to take PowerFULL on an empty stomach but if you have to eat, wait at least 20 minutes after you take it.

I feel better now - I just need to bump my dosage up to 9 this weekend and see how it goes.

Been following PowerFULL for a little bit now and I am very excited about this product! I have been lifting for 5-6 years all natural. I'd love to try it out and see what it does for me, but I do have the following questions first...

-When will the blood tests be ready? (Concerned about possible strain on liver/kidneys)

-What is the active ingredient and how does it work?

-Can new customers purchase it yet?

If acid is a problem, then you should definately recommend taking this with water only. Sodas are quite acidic (if someone wanted to take it with Diet Coke) and so are some fruit juices.

Also, we have a fairly low pH in the stomach at all times, so I don't really understand the acidic environment. :think:

Its the acidity caused by protein digestion.

I started taking 9 per day split up into 3 doses, am- midday and pm with 3 cissus as well. I will run out of cissus in a day or two but expect some shortly. Its only been 2 days so nothing to report other than good sleep, no wild dreams though. My wife is taking it as well but a lower dose. one cap 3 times per day exept for the pm dose which is 2. I'll start a new thread in a few days after I get back from the O. Stats are 190 +- 5 , 5'9" about 12 % bf I not used any supps for a few months, even stopped cee so this should be a fairly pure test, no bloodwork but if results happen it should be from the powerfull, actually I have been taking cissus for a few months however the last month I got a little preoccupied and did not take it regularly. Diet is fairly clean with lots of protein moderate simple carbs and moderate fat.
