Powerfull Question

Hey All,

I just started taking powerfull yesterday with AP. My questions is should I take this before I eat or after?? I have read that people take at all different times, so now I'm confused.

I usually take AP when I get up and 15 mins later eat a high protein cereal with GNC'S mass xxx. So should I take the powerfull an hour after that???

Also I work long hours and on Monday and Thursdays I don't get to work out until 9:30 at night. My last meal is usually around 7:45 on those nights.
Should I take the powerfull just before my workout or just wait for bed?

The reason I ask that is because I drink the one scoop of mass xxx right after the workout as my recovery drink.

I'm stacking my Powerfull cycle with epi/tren combo. I can't seem to use the dose of 5 capsules per day. I get too freakin' drowsy and feel like sleeping all the time.
 
Since it does help increase gh production during sleep, will it help with healing joints? I got some tendinitis right now and it has slowed my training down to a dead stop.
 
I workout after work which is about 6PM. Is it ok to take doses at 6pm and then at 9 or 10PM before bed? Is that too little time in between doses?

Too close together. Go with the 1hr after breakfast for 1st dose, and 30min prior to training for 2nd dose.
Alternatively, you could go with (2) 1hr following breakfast, (1-2) midday, and (2) prior to bed.

Thanks for the tip snagency. Can you give me some pointers on the AP as well. I take both PowerFULL and AP. I've just been taking AP 15-30 min before any meal. Is that the correct way with taking it with powerFULL?

AP works best with proper timing/carb load. Timing does vary per individual, but most generally your best bet is 15-20min prior to a meal, that contains 40g+ of quality carbs. Splitting up the dosing evenly thru the day is generally a sound strategy, so that you maintain constant nutrient repartitioning effect. So, breakfast, lunch and dinner works well; also, pre/post workout meals are options.
 
Sorry for all the newbie questions, but can I take powerFULL with my ON Pro-Complex protein shake from in the morning?
