PowerFuLL dosing question

I'd go with 4 doses then like you wanted, something like 2/4/2/4 at pre-breakfast, pre-workout, post-workout and pre-bed.
 
I can offer my experience with powerful as a very good product. Was taking 9 caps/day on empty stomach. Put on about 5lbs over a month with decent strength increases which is hard to come by for me. Noticed the usual benefits from using Powerful such as deeper sleep, increased libido, skin was more oily but had no probs w/ acne, and my favorite was a more ascertive/dominate/aggressive attitude especially when lifting. Basically a feeling of well being ensued from this product. Pumps and vascularity increased as well. Overall great product in my opinion worth the money. Symmetry is next but can anyone tell me should i take this on an empty stomach or with food?

OFF - 2 pre-breakfast/2 pre-lunch/2 pre-supper
You can raise dose size but that's the minimum I'd suggest.
 
When taking powerfull and cissus about 20mins before bed will taking some Protein right before bed decrease either products effectiveness?

I am on my forth day of taking each and have been skipping my before bed protein and i really would prefer not too
 
No, it is recommend to keep amino's up through the night. Some cottage cheese or other slow digesting protein source would be ideal.

damn, i was doin six symmetry(2 in the morning and 4 pre workout) do you think that would be enough or should i add another two...
 
Are you getting anything from it at the dose you're using now? If not then add another 2 otherwise just keep it as you've got it.
 
just started earlier this week when i got off powerfull. only have a bottle and a half(got the half bottle when i bought some ciala off a guy on 1fasts forums). been on cialabol for the last two weeks at 4/6/4... love the ciala, btw.

mullet do you think this is the best way to do it? if you don't mind me asking, what should i "expect" from symmetry? is it more akin to powerfull, creatine, like mega dosing cissus(which is what i expect), or something else all together?

I personally feel that it is, though many may be different. It gives me a very nice boost in muscular endurance that I find did not increase with Off-Day dosing.
 
are all these doses of cissus with the old cissus or supercissus? or is it basically the same bc old cissus was 1250 mg at 5% and the new is 750mg at 10%?
 
Hey all, it's been awhile since I've posted. But was doing some searching and about to make another purchase of some PF. I just want to say that I've been taking PF as a regular daily supplement for about 18 months straight now. I will take a month off like every 4 months...

I use no more than 3-4 caps/day now and the long-term effects I get are great. I wouldn't be using a supp for this long if it wasn't worth it, obviously, lol.

I've always had a problem with acne being a pest and lingering around from my past AAS use. This is the only thing that keeps my skin clear and I've tried everything... antibiotics, creams, blah, blah, blah...nothing. only thing I never used was accutane, just because of the bad rep it has had for so long with nasty sides in some.

Anyways, skin, hardness and volume where it counts for the ladies, and good workouts are all great effects I've had for the past year and a half on this stuff. IMO, our older members would probably get a lot of use out of something like this, it just seems to keep me fresh and crisp. :afro:
 
Is there a writeup for PowerFULL? I'd be really interested in reading it, though I'd probably only "get" half of it :)
