PowerFull/Cissus/Camph

Will be doing 5 weeks with the following dosing plan any comments are welcome. I am a week off of a very successful PCT from a 4 week halodrol cycle. I am continuing with a calorie defecit and want to preserve as much muscle as possible while slowly losing fat. I have lost 61 lbs since Nov 12. I want to lose another 14 over the next 8 to 10 weeks and will reassess my goals at that time. I am 47 but right now I feel like 35. I am also doing a six month run of PGHT which I started on Tuesday.

looks good. Rich man dosing :D

Just my opinion, but I haven't noticed any difference with dosing 2X2 cissus on off days versus 2X3... the 2X2 will last you longer too
 
Nothing really to report yet as it is very early, I went back to the gym last night after 1 week of only cardio. The workout was quite good. My joints feel good after my rest, I hope they stay that way with the Cissus.

I don't feel the muscle hardness that I was feeling on NHA but it is very early yet.
 
Nothing outrageous to report on day 11. My strength and stamina are good (slightly elevated) and I'm leaning out slowly but surely. So the slight increase is most welcome while I'm losing weight. Overall I have to say that I am pleased but I was hoping for more of a strength boost. I'm dieting though and shouldn't be expecting miracles.
 
If your strength is raising slightly while dieting then I think you should be pretty happy.

How is your sleep? Powerfull works great for my sleep; really vivid dreams and relaxing sleep.

when did you end the Haladrol cycle and begin the USP cycle. I heard haladrol really impacts strength well.

Add in some creatine is great advice.

Sleep is good and deep. I seem to be sleeping longer.

I started the Powerfull/Cissus/Camph after PCT and a week break, so six weeks after Halodrol. My plan is to use PowerFull and Cisssus as my bridging supps. I am happy that I have gotten stronger during my diet.

I haven't tried the new generation of Creatine, I was a non-responder to mono so I have been reluctant. What will I gain from the newer type.

I've dropped 62 lbs or so since mid november so an increase in strength is a big bonus. My expectations are a bit high as my first week seemed very promising and didn't gain as much strength as I thought I might.
 
Weighed in at 240.6 today down another 2 lbs which wasn't a surprise, it seemed to be consistant with what I was seeing in the mirror.

Strength and stamina are good, I had to increase my volume to make my workouts more challenging. I have decided to add in a Kre-Alkalyn product made here in Canada called Purple-K. People seem to think it might work well for me. I have never really been into cell expansion supps as creatine did next to nothing for me. I'm hoping that I get better results with buffered creatine. I will start taking it today 2 caps b4 workout and 2 after. On off days I will take 2 in the morning.
 
Really significant strength increases starting on day 14 of the stack. I believe that the Purple-K did have some influence but the UPS stack deserves most of the credit. I do believe that adding a creatine product was a very good idea however.

My recovery is excellent and I'm experiencing good muscle hardness. The fat keeps melting off.
 
Just an update to confirm that the addition of the creatine seems to give increased muscle volume. Strength and stamina were already pretty good on this stack, but I would have to say that recovery seems improved with the addition of the Purple-K. This is a good bridging stack or a very decent stand alone for those who do not want to go beyond using herbal supplements.

When my current stock of anabolics is depleted I will likely just stick with herbals of this type. I hope things like Anagen and Jungle Warfare pan out.
 
Weighed in yesterday at 237.6 which was about what I was expecting for what the mirror has been indicating to me. So I am able to slowly increase my strength while I continue to lose between 1.5 - 2 lbs a week on average. I would have to say mission accomplished. I have one more week then I will take a week of.

I will continue to use this stack while bridging and when I reach 220-225 I will replace the Camph with Symmetry and do more of a lean bulking bridge.
 
It was the old batch, I thought it was the new batch cuz I ordered it in January but further investigation revealed differently.
