powerful dose timing

i am wanting to utalize powerful in the best way possible, post workout. if i ate my pre-work meal/supps about 1.5hr before my workout. Then post-work out i would dose the powerful with peptapro, casien, WMS and xtend, that should enhance recovery and put my body in a very anabolic state. right??? because doesnt powerful work best on an empty stomach??:bb3:

after reading that, taking those supps after my workout, defeats the purpose. ill just stick with the recommended dosing sched. fck im dumb sometimes

carbs + powerfull = waste of powerfull :)

Since you consume your pre workout meal 1.5 hrs pre training, I would dose the PowerFULL at 30-20 min pre training.

What time do you usually traing?

Agreed with Mnky! Also remember, that PowerFULL is made of two complexes: PureDOPA, an extract of Mucuna Pruriens, and PureSAP, a complex of triterpene saponins from the Chlorophytum plant. While CHO ingestion (and subsequent Insulin release) is a bane to GH production, one may still utilize both the Dopamine agonism of Mucuna P., as well as the Testosterone mimicking capacity of Chloro (primarily Stigmasterol) to add intensity, stamina, drive, and motivation to your workout!

I can vouch for this(not that a vouch is needed for what mullet says)...but I often take powerfull pre work out relatively close to CHO intake and the intensity, stamina, drive and motivation is definately there....it's awesome

Definitely. That is a confluence of a probable immediate peak-from-baseline rise in Testosterone from Chlorophytum, and the Dopaminergic upreguation associated with Mucuna. While in this respect you do not illicit a pituitary GH response, such an attenuated response is counterintuitive in any respect - that is, irrespective of Pre-WO nutrition, Post-WO nutrition should and will occur, thereby negating any potential GH release. Therefore, it makes sense to maximize the motivative, coordinative, and consolidation effects of vastly increased Dopaminergic transmission, during the Pre-WO workout period. Dopamine agonism necessarily increases contractile strength and skeletomuscular coordination, subsequently allowing your muscles to reach and maintain peak contraction at a higher degree: A key component in microtrauma induction, and subsequent cellular repair. As well, Dopamine is the key monoaminergic neurotransmitter in risk-reward scenarios; this is beneficial in terms of self-appreciation and motivation when overcoming plateaus.

Anecdotally I can attribute this to much of my recent sucesses to my injury rehabilitation.

I have charted every single workout. After each split I plot in advance a subsequent workout for progressive increase in weight and/or repetition. Without fail I have continued to achieve.

Whether it be pyschological or physiological I can testify to the ability to achieve what you set your mind to and I can without doubt attest to PowerFULL having influenced my results.

Definitely! It is also very subtle as well, because Dopamine agonism is not necessarily associated with peripheral sensation, and therefore one may not 'feel' it in the gym though. The telling attribute is removing it though; most people begin to see its effects once it's removed.

I don't want to start a new thread so I will just use this one.Sorry.I just bought 2 bottles of Powefull and another bottle of AP.Here what I am planning. Please let me know if it is ok.Thanks.

-Take 1 AP 1.5 hrs. before workout
-Wait 15 min. eat carb meal
-Take 1 PF before workout

been having some back problems and after an mri i have a herniated disk pressing on some nerves. going to see a speacialist this week. anyways, im going to use this time to try and shed some fat and lose as little muscle as possible. im on a very strict diet(all organic) and will be combining powerful and IGF-2,along with mega dose BCAA to help in the muscle department. will get a thread started in the coming months to show my progress.

big iron sorry to hear the news.I have a herniated disc in the L4/L5 location and also another disc above that one that is degenerative.Cardio can be very hard during this as the disc can easily slip and you will be on the shelf for a good week or more.Best advise from me would be to take it easy until you get a feel for what you can do.the products that you picked up are good but just dont push to hard to start off...Cant wait to see how your progress goes and good luck

jmonster, how are you dealing with the herniated disk. did the pain just slowly go away?? or did you just work thru it??? ive heard great things about decompression therapy because i just dont want surgery at my age.

It has been 10 years now and I just kind of just dealt with the pain as best as I could. They wanted to do the surgery route but I decided not to.They also wanted to give me pain killers but I didn't want to just mask the pain and pain it was for a few years. There were times where my leg would go numb and I couldn't move but I worked thru the pain and discomfort. The best thing that helped me was strengthening up my core.Lots of ab work.Try to hit as much as possible to give my lower back more stability. The pain is still there but on a scale of 1-10 it is about a 2.Every so often I will get severe lower back cramps that last about a week.Overall all is good..And yes I also heard good things about the decompression thereapy but it was a little costly for me. I was going to do the surgery thing until I found out that my grandpa had the same surgery and he lives with pain daily.i am sorry I cannot shed a little more info on the decompression part as it has been a good 5 years since I considered that.again good luck

yeah, im not going the surgery route, im too young and never heard good results. im on alot of pain meds now, but im looking to wean myself off and start lifting again. probobly wont due much the rest of the year. just strengthen my core and nothing that puts pressure on my spine...

Hmm this is interesting as i'm just starting my second bottle of PF and i am noticing that i am pumped about the next 4-8 weeks. I cant wait to see how i look then. I just attributed this to the fact that i was already making noticeable gains and that i was just excited about how these gains could continue.

Are you saying that PF is giving me this stoked feeling? Sorta telling my brain "you think you look good now, keep up the hard work and you just wait and see!"

It's possible the Dopamine agonism of PF is creating a greater sense of accomplishment, due to Dopamine's role in regulating risk-reward scenarios!

Powerfull first thing in the AM, right before workout, and directly before bed is excellent. Pre-Workout, I do ingest it with carbs, super cissus, Recreate, and P-Slin.....I love it!! Endurance and strength through the roof!!:bb3:
