im sure someone might have made these b4 me but ill post this pretty good and easy recipe for a meal thats good netime of the day (if ur looking to bulk a bit)

1/2- 1 cup oats (dry weight)
1-2 eggs (depends how much fat u want)
i use half a carton of eggwhites for the bulk of the protein in it or u can always use flavoured protein powder if u want instead
1-2 tbs of peanut butter
milk (if u use pweder instead of egg)
a dash of cinnamon

mix it all in a bowl in whatever order
poor it into a frying pan with some cooking spray flip when needed

theyr delicious and pack some great muscle food!

I make these a lot. Pretty much just use eggs or egg whites, oats, chocolate or cinnamon bun protein, and a bit of milk. Add some syrup and chocolate chips and your stacked.

this is just as simple

Sounds great

yea it took me a few times til i kind of "perfected" them. but damn r they ever good. the e.d. smith syrup is perfect if u dont want a ton of sugar. that brand makes a lot of great condiments that are sweeted with sucralose and have very little sugar:) oh and they also make jam!

made them this morning flubbed em up a bit. Maple syrup makes them taste really nice.

Yeah, but make sure you put the 100% real maple syrup, not the Aunt Jemima crapola! haha

I make protein crepes. Milk, eggs, flour, protein powder (chocolate), brown sugar, a little olive oil. Mix all the sh*t together - add enough milk so the mixture isn't too thick.

Spray some olive oil in the frying pan and pour the mix so it covers about 50% of the pan area, then lean the pan in a circular motion to spread the mix thin in the pan, and voila! Crepes!

Yeah, tell me about it - but the bottle will last you a while if you don't smother your pancakes in syrup! :)

I'm Canadian, so I would get the stuff dirt cheap (Quebec actually produces 80% of the world's maple syrup).
However, now I live in SoCal and can't believe the price of maple syrup here!
