Power Muscle Burn - 3 Day

Hello,

I joined this site about a year ago and posted quite a bit but then got busy. This time of year slows down for me so I'm back and I'm curious about the training split in my title (power muscle burn 3 day).


I know it's been out for a couple years but my search has only found a little bit about this program where discussion is concerned.


I'm curious how successful people have found it to be where accumulating mass is concerned. I'm not too worried about strength, I'm happy with mine.

I have "weekend warrior" bb'ing goals at this stage in my life. I don't compete but I like to be big and defined. I have traditionally lifted heavy, DoggCrapp training, 5x5 and with modifications, big beyond belief a little, some westside to build strength but experimented with german volume training in the spring.

High volume only isn't going to cut it for me but I can see the value of volume though most of my 230 pounds on a six foot frame, probably 210 if I'm genuinely lean, has come from heavy lifting.

So I'm curious about a program working through various rep ranges simultaneously instead of in cycles. I am busy at work, and anticipate being more so in a few months so realistically a three day program would be ideal but I could make four days work.

Any success stories or thoughts on the three day Power Muscle Burn split?

Never heard of the program so cant really comment on it but from the goals and history you describe might I suggest lokking into defrancos built like a badass program
