Powder Expiration Dates

i have some Anavar and Winstrol powder still sealed in those foil packages from a 4-5 years ago unopened....are they still viable or should i toss em?

you should toss them in an envelope to me nah, they should be fine. They are non-oxidizing chemicals to begin with, and well sealed to boot. might have lost a small bit of potency, but not much

Did you have them stored in a cool and dark environment?

If anything, they should still very much be good. Compound degradation occurs at a fairly insidious level unless environmental factors are grossly abnormal in the area of their keeping.
