For those of you who may not be familiar with it, Postal is LG's Post-workout Formula. I, however, tend not to use high-glycemic CHO post-workout, as for my endomorphic self that spells f-a-t.

Intra-workout is another story. I have greatly benefitted in the past from using 20-40g CHO intra-workout, along with 10-20g hydrolysates and 10g free-form amino acids.

And that is pretty much exactly what Postal is, so I think it would be awesome, dosed at 3-4 scoops while lifting.

Has anyone used it this way and, if so, what did you think of it?
 
I have a few jugs and have tested it intra and liked the endurance/energy/pump it gave. I only sampled it and have the rest waiting to be used when I can better incorporate it.
 
I myself have some sitting in my wall locker un opened and was thinking of giving this a go. Only thing is, is i take GHenerate and i dont want the CHO's to blunt the GH release. Im gonna toy with this a bit though and see what works.

I prefer to take advantage of insulin around my workouts - save the regenerative awesomeness of GH for bedtime. It's just too hard to avoid an insulin spike around my workouts- I'd have to drop all whey, pepto-pro, and bcaas. It's just not feasible, so I figure, if you're gonna go partway with with insulin-release with protein around your workouts, why not go all the way when bulking and throw some heavy duty CHO in there too?

Agree with this, dosing around workout time can be damn hard unless on a aggressive cut. Bulking, dosing it without cho's isn't really going to happen so night time dosing is best.
