is anyone familar with aftershock critical mass? all the reviews I have read say its a good supplement with alot of results

Looks like a very dense product with a lot of fat/protein/carbs. I don't really believe in the post-wo nutritionally theory, but even if I did, I would say that there are much less expensive options out there.

Yup, like most packaged "post workouts," loaded with macros that don't make it very easy to fit in, if bulking, its fine, if cutting, nigh impossible.

Look into Protocol, impeccable recovery, well priced, most important, EFFECTIVE! Agmatine, BA, LCLT, and leucine in proper doses, and then, about 15 minutes later, i eat a meal/ make a shake that I can better customize to my current macros!

How so? Care to elaborate? Just curious

First off, I should have said "nutritional" instead of "nutritionally." Haha. Sure thing. Meal timing is irrevlevant when considering the long-term gains of an individual. Our bodies are so much smarter than we give them credit for. They are going to utilize/maximize macros throughout the day regardless of when they are ingested. I'll get you some research at some point today about this viewpoint. Meal frequency/timing has been debunked numerous times.

Aside from protein pwo.. synthesize from vpx works awesome.. black cherry taste is godlike.
