Post Workout Supplements

I'm looking for a post workout supplement.
Has anybody tried Muscle Gauge Nutrition's Recovery 911?
I've tried Anabolic Innovations RecoverPro (Lemon) and I'm leaning towards it, because I know what I'm getting.
Is there a favorite I'm missing?

Thanks in advance
Mike

AI's Recover Pro is a peri-workout product, but if you are set on a post-workout product besides a simple shake, or even a meal, I would take a look at Genomyx Protocol.

I 2nd this one of the best and most economical proteins I've seen in a long while!

I keep my post workout shake simple.

Whey Protein (I use 2 scoops)
Gatorade (I use 20oz)
L-Glutamine (1 serving)

And I take 1000mg Vitamin C

That Nimbus protein has everything u need to start the recovery process.

Peptopro with water (20 grams or so) followed shorty with a whey concentrate shake. Probably should incorporate fast acting carbs into my routine

Hmm perhaps I will try some too. After my beast mode log.

N2KTS is a pretty awesome supplement, but so as not to confuse the OP, please don't take this as a post workout supp lol.

Could be even longer if you take some N2KTS after your workout haha

I actually feel relaxed after taking it.amped but relaxed and ready to beat down the iron.I take it at night and can still get to sleep easy.I might be one of those strange users but then again I'm not really a preworkout guy but n2kts def gets me in the mood to lift after 8 hours at the office

no synthesize has been my favorite by far. 1 scoop immediately post workout, followed by 2 scoops of protean 30 mins later.

I'd agree with the synthesize, it's definitley pretty solid, and loved it.

But I usually just use Iso-100 and 30 grams waxy maize, followed by a whole food meal about 45 - 60 minutes after

I just ordered NTBM Muscle Replenisher.
I liked the clean cals. the BCAAs and 35 grams of protein.
I have been cutting for the last year, and I'm down to 203 and now it's time to add muscle.
(One goal complete.)

dymatize has a post workout with a decent profile, havent tried it though

The only worthwhile postworkout product on the market is Genomyx Protocol. Add some glycemix to that if you want carbs.

They need to get that stuff out soon and Protocol is out of stock everywhere I look. Really wanting to try that combo soon :D

Hey bro, y u copy me?

Or y i copy u?

I have used Universal Torrent once, pretty good but too pricey

Just started Optimum Nutrition's HydroBuilder, with added Leucine post-workout. Profile looks solid. Will report back after a few uses.

I'm a big fan of Universal Torrent but MP Recon is my favorite. Was using it long before I became a rep, solid product for recovery.
