Post W/O shake - before or after sauna?

Once a week i get to hit the sauna for about 20mins after a workout, should i take my post w/o shake before i get in, as soon as i get out or half before/half after?
 
I would say make it and take it while you're in there. My general rule is get the nutrients in as soon as possible after a workout, and i don't think the sauna should mess up your absorption or anything.

Why do you go in the sauna tho? I never really saw the point... sweating for the point of sweating?

Just have it immediately after you finish training, before you get in the sauna.

The sauna will have no effect on your gains, delaying your post workout shake will, take it immediately after training.
