Possibly logging H-drol / 1t-tren

Day 1 (Cardio) (1 hr total)


15 mins walking on a 8 incline/ 15 minutes jogging on a 3 incline/ 20 minutes HIIT, 5 minute jog, 5 minute cool down.

So I just went for a 6 mile run. Gotta love the placebo effect. lmao for some reason I felt like I could go forever. (ofcourse its all in my head). Cant wait to move some weights tomorrow. Also I would like your opinion how to write this log? Do you want numbers and reps of my workouts? Or just a report weight gain and feeling? I know you guys dont really care what im lifting you just wanna know what im gaining haha.

Weight : 152 (0.0lb increase)
 
HAHA...I'm more into the gaining and feeling aspect...BUT, all the rest is welcome just as well.
BTW...I'm jealous that your already starting...
Also, did you ever pick up any DHEA or Dermacrine to combat any possible lethargy?
 
Day 2 (chest)

Still no strength increases, No real big updates.



Weight: 152 (0lb increase)


Day 3 (back)

Still no noticeable strength gains



Weight: 153 (1lb increase)
 
I am on day 8. I started the H drol at 50mg for the first 5 days. Than on day 5 bumped it to 75mg and 70 of tren. I have had two workouts showing the increases in strength, all i can say is WOW.
 
Day 4 (cardio) (shoulders)
Strength is up somewhat. Im feeling good. My abs are comming in very nicely. Noticed more indurance with cardio and entire workout.


Weight: 156 (4b increase!)


Day 5 (Legs)
AWSOME leg workout. feeling very good today. My strength is definately up, not too much but I do have more indurance at the gym without a doubt.


Weight: 159 (7lb increase!)

Daily Thoughts:
Im very pleased with my results so far. My body reacts very well to anabolics (due to high testosterone levels naturally) I am already up 7lbs in 5 days. I feel stronger and stronger every day. I would not doubt if i gained 30lbs this cycle. LBM that is, Im also shredding a hell of alot of fat with my high intensity workouts and cardio and my diet is not even too clean. I feel it is very hard to eat super super clean while cycling since I am ALWAYS hungry and having a big appitite makes you crave that filthy yet delicous food. Even though my diet is not too clean, I am leaning up very nicely (luck i guess =P). With my high intensity workouts, I feel this is all I need to lean back up. I can see my abs at 159 and I am very pleased about that. I will be shredded at the end of this cycle without a doubt. My girl also accused me of saucing LOL. She saw me with my shirt off and she was like What the "f" are you on you look amazing! hahaha gotta love that. She would not like the fact that Im juicing, because I do have a bad temper naturally so I do get quite moody towards the end of the cycle at higher doses.

The anger issues will get worse. My buddy at the gym is running HaloTren 400, hes in his 3rd wk and says it pretty bad. Plus the doses of that are weak and hes running it as directed.
 
Dude im thoroughly enjoyign myself. I cant wait to see how much weight i gain tomorrow. I feel like it will go up and not stop. haha!
 
Day 6 (Chest kinda) (Arms)

So before my arm workout all I had to say was WOW. So I went to the gym and figured "Hey Im feeling really strong today Im going to do maxes to put this stuff to the test. Boy was I impressed. I maxed out at 330 today (up 30lbs already!) which is a new personal record for me. Im hoping to hit 375 at the end. Now that thats been said. My arm workout was incredible. I feel as though my arms are still pumped and I worked out about 2 hours ago. gotta love the sauce.



Weight: 162 (10lb increase!!)



Daily Thoughts:

I FEEL GREAT! I am absolutly astonished with the results thus far. I weigh 162 now. This stack is absolutly blowing my mind away 10lbs in 6 days!? thats unbelieveable. I keep becoming more and more impressed by my results every day. Im thorughly enjoying myself. Im deffinatly going to gain at least (and i mean least) 30lbs this cycle. I wouldnt even be surprised if I gained 35-40. Universal's Real gains and AI's Glycobol are no joke they truely do help you build muscle and gain weight. Real gains is By far the best weight gainer Ive ever had (Ive tried True Mass and Cytogainer and this product truely S**ts on both of them). I will definately run it year round. I was a bit skeptical on buying them at first, I thought they would be a bunch of over rated products (mostly glycobol) like usual, but boy was I wrong. These supplements really work. They do what they are suppose to (and you cant go wrong with that). I give both products a 10/10 plus real gains tastes decicious. They also complement the h-drol/tren so nicely. I owe my rapid results do to these two products. Will definately run these two products while on the sauce. I suggest everyone should use them while cycling to maximize results. The only down side with the glycobol is it is really powerful stuff, you reallly need to eat the required amount of carbs stated on the label half a hour after you take the pill because it does tend to make you feel dizzy and sick if you dont. Other than that everything is good. My arms feel alot fuller, feeling way more vascular, and Im leaning out very nicely. Seems as if every day I look better and better. Once im done with this cycle im expecting to be 185-190. I know I know before I get flamed I realize it is a very unrealistic goal for most people, but by the way things have been shaping out, it seems as if I can do it. I mean I did gain 18lbs in 4 weeks on a low dose of sd (10/10/20/20). I may not even up the dose of H-drol until the last 2 weeks. Im seeing absolutly phenomenal results on the normal dose.Oh yea by the way Im switching up my superset workout soon. I found that by changing it every week I keep getting bigger and bigger every week. So this is another key to my success

Yea man I get bad rage not on the sauce. When im on its scary people are afraid of me because I get so mad it freaks people out. Its almost as if I need anger management and its uncontrollable lol. Update. (little late night cardio)

I officially love this stack. I wil definately be lgging this again. at the end of the day i weigh 163.5. I love it it has not even been 10 days and i have gained 11lbs. I cant wait to see the end. I hope many people are follwing my results. I guarentee this is gonna be a good one

Wow that sucks. shoulders are tricky too . once u hurt it once its never really the same again.. good luck with that. but your going to LOVE this cycle. It is so much fun
 
Day 7 (Off)


Well it is Saturday so and beautiful so I decided to take off. My activity for the day was basketball for 3 hours with my friends. 1 on 1 competitions. (I won 4/5 times =P ) Appetite offf the roof. I as if I could eat a whole cow and still have enough room for coffee and desert. So if i feel like butthole during this cycle eating this way, I will start eating healthy again but I've come to the conclusion that I can not diet while on, it not impossible for me and my enormous appetite. My diet has been dirty dirty dirty yesterday (macdonalds, KFC, Tacobell, and some random non healthy meals) . but I have been busting my ass at the gym so it makes up for it. So far feeling great. Every girl I see I hit on and flirt with. Yea yea I know I have a gf, but what she doesnt know wont hurt her =P. I feel as if im superman and I can do anything athletic and game wise. I havent been doing too much cardio either. Ive been lazy to hit the tredmill after the workouts but Ive been cutting up just fine with out it. It seems as if the superset/ gigantic set workout is good enough to cut and it like doing that hiit cardio.

Day 8

feeling good Have not hit the gym yet thinking about doing a full body blast? Im not sure yet maybe ill just stick with chest and some arms. Not a full workout but lightly lift them because Ive already hit every major body part this week. So far things are going great my mood is great. My feeling is great

Update on day 8

Ok so I just got back from the gym and wow. I did a full body routine. I feel like a monster. Every single body part on me is pumped up and I look gigantic with my shirt off. After my Post workout Drink (Real gains) I weighed myself. I weighed in at 164, but thats after eating alot and a dump load of water. Im absolutly astonished it really looks like I will be gaining at least 20 lbs this cycle

Weight : 164 (12lb increase!)
 
How many cals per pound of bodyweight are you roughly getting per day?? Ive leaned out quite a bit, eating about 3500 a day, 6ft, 194lbs.
 
rm....how in the heck have you put that much weight on in such a short period of time? That's great to hear, glad it's already living up to your expectations...is it clean weight or some body fat? T-minus 6 days for me...shoulder feeling MUCH better...

Glad to hear about your shoulder. Yea man Ive been eating like crazy and been leanining out great. Idk man my body just responds very well to anabolics. Im not complaining =)
 
Day 9 (Off)

Taking a day off since I did a full body routine yesterday. I may do a little bit of cardio later on but thats it. Im enjoying my cycle.

Day 10: (Chest)


Well Strenth is deffinately up. I had a great chest workout I feel great. I look great, Im loving life. The only bad part is my rage. I have been blowing up at every little thing its really crazy. Weight continues to go up. Oh by the way I upped the doseage to 75mgs yesterday



Weight: 165<-not first thing in the morning after the gym and a full day of eating
 
Sorry about the lack of update guys. I just broke up with my girl shes really giving me a rough time. Basicly I cheated on her with 2 different chicks in 1 night (blame it on the sauce). So we broke up after a relationship of 2 years. anyways...

Day 11 (shoulders)


Great pump great lift great feeling. Weight is up some more im loving this stack and will deffinately run it again and recomend it to anyone.

Day 12 (Back)

Once again very good pump and workout. feeling energized at the gym and through out the whole day. feeling euphoric and definately feel like the alpha male. Weight is up some more gotta love it

Thoughts:

Almost wrapping up week 2 on my cycle Im loving the results so far. I hope My gains stay consistant and I do end up gaining 25lbs by the end. By the way it looks so far it looks as if I am going to I love it!!
 
Damn it man...dying to start - went to gym today to try and do extremely light shoulder rehab and its starting to hurt again. Think I might just go to my doc and get a cortisone shot so I can start my cycle ASAP...love cortisone-LOL. Anyway, you have no idea how happy I am for you that your cycle is going so well. As far as the girlfriend, hope things eventually work out or at least I hope you both come out of it okay....hope that made sense. Must be the sauce, I broke up with my girl the last time I was ON.
 
The Tren/H drol stack is fuc**ng awesome. I recently hurt my shoulder but have notice great strength gains, I am not eating for mass so I am not paying attention to my wt.
 
GymRat...does it still hurt when u lift? The pain I get is in my side delts...I know it is the rotator cuff---just want to start already and not have to wait any longer. But, if I recall correctly, the last time that this happened I think I worked thru the pain...any advice?
 
Sh!t man, I just go light and work through things. Make sure you use PERFECT fourm/technique, dont not use full range of motions either. Reduce range of motion by 10-15% on neg & pos(up & down).

I take taurine since im on cycle and want to make sure the only pain i am getting is from the injury and not back pumps. I also stretch, drink lots of H2O. Also take aleave (otc) 2 pills a day, they help a little and dont inhibit pro syntha like IB profin/asprin(sp).

I try not to do much upper back workouts tho. I am glad that area is already strong.
 
BTW - Thanks gymrat for the advice...much appreciated-went the cortisone route just to speed up the elimination of pain so I can start the cycle ASAP!!! Summer is basically here and no time to waste!
 
Sorry no update in awhile guys. my computer has been f'ed up I havent had it in about a month. just to let you know I had to stop the cycle. my BP SKY rocketed and had to stop after i gained about 14 lbs after the 3rd week. The gains didn't maintain because I wasnt eating like a monster for that last week. I stopped and went right to nolv kept about 3 lbs. which yes sucks but its better than nothing.

If it makes you feel any better - I still haven't been able to start my long awaited cycle - still dealing with this shoulder injury. Haven't worked out upper body in almost 5 weeks - going insane - wanna start already........how's the girl situation rm?????????

and im not cutting till I hit 245-250

I just dont understand why you didnt bulk for like 15-20 lbs, pct and wait a month after pct then cut?:grumpy:

And also if you were following. I changed my diet to about 4000 calories (clean bulking) 3 days into the cycle. Because im a mesomorph as long as i workout I gain gain gain and lose fat at the same time....Plus I believe steroids are more important for cutting cycles....keeping the hard earned muscle...any1 who is taking um to gain and is not at least 200lbs in my opinion just is not eating right and taking the supps and wants to take the easy way out
 
WOW been awhile since I even looked at this thread. Yea guys cycle went to **** because of my BP. It was fun when it lasted. Im 185 now clean no juice. But Im def looking to start again
