I don't know if this appropriate in this forum, if it ain't mods move it as needed, but here is something I was thinking about.

Wouldn't Poseidon be the perfect supplement to accompany transdermals, be it hormonal or fat loss? I mean that niacin flush just yells out to me to rub something on the hot spots.

Has anyone thought of this or am I way off here?
 
I think all you would accomplish is a small peak in blood levels given that the flush doesn't last very long. IMO, the nice part about a trans is that it gives nice, fairly stable blood levels of the hormone.

I agree with bio, the efficency of Poseidon is really good. Trans would not be all that beneficial.
 
So you don't think that taking Poseidon several times per day while having a transdermal on the areas that flush hard wouldn't improve the transdermals uptake at all? I honestly thought that the increased blood flows to certain areas with Poseidon would increase the amount one could get from the transdermals. Been wrong before and many times to come.
 
My bad... I mistook your question. The trans application during the flush would probably be a little effective, but as bio said the peak wouldn't be that long lasting. Beneficially, who knows.... you could try it and post any differences you may note.
 
Hey I was just brainstorming! Like said I am not a doctor nor do I play one anywhere! I work in a prison of all places...

I can certainly see your logic Fab One. I don't know if it would actually work in the real world, but your question was a good one! :)

I didn't realize you worked in a prison...no wonder you stay in such get shape! I bet you have some stories to tell! A good friend of mine is a corrections officer in a prison and it blows me away when he talks about some of the things he sees.

I haven't been taking mine. I just can't find a time in the day when my stomach is "empty". I guess I eat too often...I used to take it when I first woke up. Lately though I have been drinking whey as soon as I get up, then about 45 min later after a S.S.S I have a meal...
 
I take it all day long T-Bone. Mix it in the morning with my water or juice and go from there. I'll make a specific workout formula where I mix it with my chaos.
 
Well the effect i look forward and notice the most is the lack of cramping while on it even when taking in less than optimal water. I get this regardless if it's spread out through the day or if it's specifically taken at times without food.
 
I could do that I guess, but the thing is I'm just worried I would be wasting it if I took it too close to a meal.

Many take it with their whey protein...myself included at times. As long as your not taking it WITH a heavy meal, you should be fine. :thumbsup:

Yeah, T taking it with a protein shake is perfect. As for the other times, taking it right before your meal has worked just fine for me. Just drink it down and about 5-10min later eat my munchies.
