Poppin my PCT cherry

Are you going to be running this same stack after your next cycle? Anything you would add or take away?

Ya my pct has been awesome! Strength is great and mood is perfect. I have dropped a few pounds over the last week which is due to the fact that I took a 2nd job working from 10p-4a so I haven't been able to eat as much as before. I don't think I would add anything or drop anything.

Day 14
Only had 45 minutes tonight so skipped flat bench but still had a great workout.

Incline db ss with incline flys
(60x10+40x10)x3

Incline db around the world
20x10x3

Cable crossovers
Started at position 6 for 10 reps then straight to position 8 for 10 then to position 10 for 10 x3
These were a killer. Could see every muscle fiber in my chest!!

For triceps I did rope pushdowns straight to reverse straight to vbar pushdowns 50lbs on each x 3

Incline skull crushers straight bar
60x20x3

Nice guns bro. You should be proud of that accomplishment!

You doing bcaas during your workout? If not, try it. I can guarantee it will help your endurance

So Tuesday will be exactly 1 year that I've been back in the gym after a long layoff. Wanting to something to celebrate but aside from lifting I have no idea what to do lol

Endurance as a nice flavor and is great as an intra, I love Intra's and this one is good all around.

Perform has the exact same flavor! Literally the only difference is that Endurance has beta alanine and c-o-p in it in addition to the bcaa/glutamine/cit mal in Perform

Day 16
Pretty good day at the gym today. Really killed it on hacks, I'm able to add more weight each time I do them. Im really focusing on the negative parts of each lifts.

Hack squats
180x10
450x10
500x10
540x8x2

Leg extensions
180x10x3

Iso hamstring curls (standing)
45s x10x3

Standing behind the head military press (smith)
135x10
185x10
195x10
195x8

Front raises left, right, both
20x10x3

Around the worlds
45 lb plate x12 to the left 12 to the right x3

I think that going slowly through negative is what's zapping my endurance, but I keep reading how important that aspect is.

Definitely, but you're prob getting even better growth making sure you control your negatives despite doing less volume. There's a time and place to blast through a negative (like dive-bombing a max effort backsquat for a PR attempt) but general hypertrophy work loves quality reps, not necessarily more reps.

Doin' it right big Reg!

Thanks man!! I'm sure trying to learn and apply everything I can.

Nice job on those rp's bri! Arms are looking sick btw

Don't be shy about deadlifting because the weight doesn't seem impressive by your own standards... I remember the first time I went to a hardcore gym and saw a guy pull 700lbs raw. Another guy benched 545 in just a belt and wristwraps off a 3board. And those guys were cool as heck with wimpy ole me giving it my all. The serious strongmen and bodybuilders value effort; it's the d-bag kids that judge your coolness off whether they can out-bench you :slap:

Good point and I suppose it will really give me opportunity to increase numbers fairly rapidly at first.
