Think I'm gonna try msten in a month; prob 12mg stacked with mag at 75mg/ed to feel it out - was originally gonna find out if my bottle of Alpha 1 is bunk or not but your results have got me all spooled up to try ultradrol.

Flat bench looks good. Would be an over kill for me. Ummmm or not, probably couldn't get the bar off the rack
Nice liftin! Rack pulls really are a strength exercise (not that you can't use em for lower back and trap volume); you should be lifting at LEAST as much as you'd deadlift since it's only a partial range. If I pull from just below the knee I use at least 50 more lbs and just above the knee probably another 100, usually do triples up to a max or 5-6 reps/set if it's not my main lift. Everyone's different tho, so experiment!

Feeling any weaker in the gym or is strength holding steady? You're halfway thru your pct already man! Gonna get them 1dhea veins and lethargy on pretty soon here...at least that was the most noticeable effects on it for me lol
