Poppin my PCT cherry

If you're looking for variety it can be a lot of fun to use variations of the same stuff. Zercher squats or front squats can be a lot of fun, and deadlifts from a deficit or heavy rackpulls are both really different experiences from the standard. Different soreness and intensities. Pushpressing is a lot of fun for a heavy overhead lift, and dumbbells make it even more awkward (strongman style). I don't think you really build the muscle as well w/ pushpressing since the triceps are only finishing, but it can make you feel pretty macho w/ that much weight overhead and it is a good workout for the core as long as your form is safe.

Much needed day off today. Pretty sore still. I'm starting some new exercises starting tomorrow. Can't wait to try it out!!

What's up broskis??? Had a great workout tonight. Decided to switch up a few things. Went with reverse pyramid on flat bench and bb incline bench instead of db. Weight preworkout was 186.

Thanks guys. Really hitting my stride. I'm so ready to rock the 1-Andro RX but will stick to the plan and take 3 weeks off between cycles.

Lookin' seriously jacked man. Wish I could press like you - you may be cut but it sure isn't affecting your strength! Think I'm gonna try msten in a month; prob 12mg stacked with mag at 75mg/ed to feel it out - was originally gonna find out if my bottle of Alpha 1 is bunk or not but your results have got me all spooled up to try ultradrol.

You running any other compounds with 1-Andro? 4dhea or Stano or something?

Another good workout tonight. Did some rack pulls for the first time. I think that's a new favorite if mine. Wasn't sure what weight to go with or the amount of reps so I'm gonna play around with it and see what feels good. Lol that's what she said.

My back was really pumped tonight and a little sore. Biceps were on fire! All in all very happy with my work.
 
Flat bench looks good. Would be an over kill for me. Ummmm or not, probably couldn't get the bar off the rack

Last year at this time I would've had trouble benching 135x10 lol I was that out of shape. Pyramiding and reverse pyramiding really helps me get my numbers up.
 
Nice liftin! Rack pulls really are a strength exercise (not that you can't use em for lower back and trap volume); you should be lifting at LEAST as much as you'd deadlift since it's only a partial range. If I pull from just below the knee I use at least 50 more lbs and just above the knee probably another 100, usually do triples up to a max or 5-6 reps/set if it's not my main lift. Everyone's different tho, so experiment!

I've never really been a deadllifter. I know that I should just never got the urge to. However after doing the Rackpulls tonight I'm going to start throwing DL's in there too.

My new goal is to get some great numbers on it. Of course I'm probably gonna have a hell of a time getting out of bed in the morning so that may change lol just playing. It's my one weak spots so I'm gonna work my ass off to improve it

Its cool bro, what your doing is an awesome thing. I work with military and see them getting deployed all the time. I'm ex military myself. Supps for soldiers is a great thing!!!

Feeling any weaker in the gym or is strength holding steady? You're halfway thru your pct already man! Gonna get them 1dhea veins and lethargy on pretty soon here...at least that was the most noticeable effects on it for me lol
