Clomid has been known to cause night sweats. Nothing to sweat about. (See what i did there?) This too shall pass.
 
I laughed so hard I think my neighbors heard me. Sent that one to a buddy immediately.

First time I used Clomid I cried like twice the first couple weeks of pct. Seriously. Beginning of pct body is going through some rough transition.

Day 3
Off day today. Three words I hate lol. Feeling good so far. A little sore from yesterday but nothing too bad.
 
I told my wife and she just laughed at me and said "you mean like your on your period?" yikes thanks for the support lol

Wazzzzupp? Still feeling pretty good. Emotions haven't taken control yet lol although I did rage a little today at a guy in the Walmart parking lot that just about ran me over!!! I guess he didn't notice the big stop sign by the front door. Tonight was chest and tris. Still feeling strong and aggressive at the gym.

Joints are starting to hurt a little and my right bi seems painfully hard at times. Will increase my water intake starting today to see if that helps.

I will have to pick up some foam rolls. I haven't seen any at my gym. They have everything else you can imagine except a speed bag, bands and foam lol. What is dynamic stretching?

I have really enjoyed foam rollers... Works the knots out real good. I never have time or someone else is using them when I am at the gym
 
You'll sweat your ass off but seems like wearing sweatpants/shirts keeps the joints warm and happier in the gym

Ok my attempt at being funny. Weight tonight was 188. Feeling good except for I think the daa is messing with my stomach a little. Tonight was back and bis.

Thanks bro. Ya this stuff is easy lol was kinda nervous going in but I'm really starting to feel confident. I never had an issue with Test Powder but this is my first time trying dpol and although not a major concern it does tend to hit me about halfway through my workout which sucks.

That sucks. You taking it with food?
 
No because I'm taking it 45 minutes before my workout.

Try eating a little something even just a slice of bread. Or take it right after you're done lifting
 
I've used several different brands of daa. They all say different instructions. Some split dose, some all at once. With food, without, first thing in the morning. Right before bed. My personal conclusion: it doesn't really friggin' matter as long as you try to be consistent. I prefer taking it before bed. Never had the squirts w d aspartic but if you have mild stomach discomfort try taking it with a meal or before bed. It'd have to be pretty bad to wake from it.
 
Day 6

Had a great workout tonight. I'm wondering when the decline is supposed to happen. I feel just as strong as I did on cycle. My energy level has dropped slightly so I'm taking an extra 15-30 on my rests. Tonight was legs/shoulders.

My lower back is pretty beat up. Should've done a few more warm up sets. Shoulders were so swollen and sore that I had a hard time driving home after.
 
Any ideas for new things to do in the gym? Things that work for you guys? Doesn't matter what muscle. I'm really looking to switch it up.

I'm loving Arnold presses for shoulders. Also try kettle bell swings, great core work plus back, shoulders and quads.
 
I agree with Arnold presses.... I like the pumps from doing a curl to Arnold press 3 sets of ten them light weight rep out. I feel like my bicep wants to explode.

I throw in some behind back and front smith machine shrugs, dips, and rows. Probably not a good routine but I love the pumps!
 
Far grips love/hate them. They make it very hard to hold on to whatever you use them on. They will make your grip stronger. Use them near the end or for dead lift accessory work like barbell hack squats. You can also put them on the bar for bp. I use them because I m 44 and starting to have shoulder and forearm pain and fat grips seem to help.

They totally eliminated my forearm and elbow pain
