**Poops DRIVE to recomp**

dont have time to do a full update right this min, got to get to bed with work early tomorrow but a quick note on tonights workout:

Havnt supplemented with anything but food cissus and fish oils the last 2days and came into the gym today threw up higher numbers easy as hell and still sittin pretty at 194 :head:

will update tomorrow with details as soon as Im home from work.
 
Aight, I ran into a bit of a complication this last week. I took some aspire the other night, think it was wed or thursday night. Then the next day I had a splitting headache and some really annoying and increasing pain in my upper thigh and wraping around to my hip region. The head ache subsided by the next day but the pain in my legs was constant by now and increasing in pain, it was horrible. It didnt matter what I did it just hurt, in fact the only thing I could do was break down and take some asprin, thinking it may be a BP issue or something at that time and it made it fade for a while, I also was able to hit legs just as it was wearing off and it almost made it disapear again till bout an hour after the workout, went and soaked in a HOT tub and that helped for the extent of the time I was in there then started right back up bout half hour after and I was forced to take some more meds. This kept going through the night through the whole next day and all through my first day of work (sat), but Sat I said F it and stopped taking EVERYTHING except fish oils and cissus. NO more SDNG, no more AEE, Cit malate, BA, creatine, p-slin, anything i figured would put some sort of strian on my cardiovascular system, pumps, increase BP, anything. Sunday was a lil better although still most the day I was in pain, monday came (yesterday) and I was able to not take any pain meds at all and only experienced small waves of dull pain in my legs but by evening I felt nothing at all.

I discussed much of this with Trauma1 being in the medical feild and weve pretty much assesed that the Aspire in conjuction with all the other NO and vasodialating supplements I take over dialated my arteries and veins in my legs and the pain I was experiencing was in those specifically, since it was def not DOMS and only faded after I discontinued everything that could be continuing to strain them.

All through last night and today Ive felt no pain whatsoever for which I am very thankful since it hurt alot. I wont be reintroducing anything back into the picture until my X-factor gets here and I get to start my XFMFXMAX log in order to give my Cardiovascular system a lil break and a chance for the veins/ateries to completely heal... if I get the X-factor In the next day or two I may just wait till monday to get started so its totally concurrent with my w/o split from start to finish and make sure to be fully healed.... but Im super stoked to start so we'll see how I feel.

Like I said in my wuick note yesterday night, I still went into the gym yesterday at the end off my third day with zero performance supplementation and still had some sick strength and recovery. I moved up the weight I used and it was still easy!!! This is great since I know Im still at a point were I can grow and do so fast with the right diet and supplementation considering I can still progress without anything.... I know I didn stop for weeks or anything but this was also at the end of a full day of work in the sun so Im pretty happy, it def has me convinced this upcoming stack is gonna be very fruitful.

Heres the numbers for last nights chest w/o.

Flat DB bench- 55x10(easy), 60x10(easy), 75x12
Decline DB bench- 50x10, 55x10, 60x9 (almost 10, with a tap from a spot I woulda made it)
Incline DB bench- 45x12, 50x10, 55x10
Cable fly- 45x12, 50x10, 55x10
Cable press- 65x10, 65x10, 65x10

was really happy with how I did. I think once I get on this new Mass FX and the wonderfull X-Factor and put my regs back in order.... AND kick the workouts into high gear with pulsed SDNG.... its gonna be on.

Another thing that pleased me is that even though I took no P-slin and no creatine and no NO's for 3 days I didnt even lose a pound, weighed in at 194 again and am still looking slightly leaner and more vascular every day.... this kinda proves to myself my diet is pretty on spot... and if anything I may add more carbs once I start on with this stack in order to make sure I keep the gains and strength a coming, I get PLENTY of protien right now, thats for sure.
 
Tonight was back again. Ive noticed that its harder for me to make progress in stregth with back moreso then most other muscle groups, but I still feel I am making good progress muscle gains wise so Im not too worried. Maybe I need to change my split to mon/chest tues/off, wed/back, thurs/shoulders/tris, and then sat/legs/bis. Id like this split I think since it would give me a better back day recovering after chest day but I dont know if I should change it this close to starting a log that I dont want to throw off with other variables. I'll most likely keep it the same till I get done with the Log and change it for my cycle following.

heres the numbers tonight, dont think there was much change in numbers though, if any at all.

Pullups- 10
Lat pull down wide-120x10, 130x10, 140x10
Iso front lat pulldown (l/r)- 55/55x10, 65/65x10, 75/75x10
seated row- 100x10, 120x10, 140x10
Standing bent over row- 40x10, 60x10, 70x10
Hammer curls- 35x10
DB curls- 30x10
seated rear fly machine- 40x10, 40x10, 30x10+burn out (all done with good 2 sec pauses cept burn out at end)


Felt a great amount of targeting with the bent over rows on my rear delts and center of my back, same with the rear fly's. Felt great. Also did the front Iso lat pulldown with alternating right then left instead of pulling them both at the same time like usual and fell that they target the lats much better this way and also the extended arm was held just shy of lock out to keep consant tension on the lat and bi instead of letting it pull on my arm and "resting".

supposed to have a big day tomorrow, testing and getting certified for my new job tomorrow so I m glad its a day off, Im sure I'll need the rest. And with that I need to get to bed.
 
just realized i didnt update for either my shoulder workout or my legs workout this last week.... thought it was only legs i missed.

Shoulders went ok, still had a really strong workout but my arnolds suffered as I had the day off and was out with the fam all day, meaning I was carrying around my little fatty 30lb baby everywhere wich killed my bi's wich support much of the arnold press, shoulda done straight DB shoulder presses after the first set but just pushed Arnolds instead. Still had a very strong shoulder press though but didnt go too high without my partner there for a spot/assisted reps.

Damn I have a lockbox for a memory when Im not flooding it with alchohol or MJ. I can remember practically all the weights I lift by memory for an entire week, makes great for making sure I progress from week to week since I dont have a notebook or anything I take to the gym. :head:

lateral DB raises- 20x10, 20x10, 15x10
Front DB raises- 20x10, 20x10, 20x10
DB Arnold presses- 30x10, 35x10, 25x12(went down so I could do better on form when it came to holding infront of my face)
shoulder press- 145x10, 145x9, 135x10
over head tri press(curl bar)- 40x10, 50x10, 60x10
rope pulldown- 40x13, 45x10
single hand pull downs(L/R)- 25/25x10, 25/25x10
DB shrugs- 80lbsx10, 65lbsx10 (my grip is so tired at this point 80lbs was too much for my hands... not my shoulders)

Legs was a really nice day since I had my partner there to help push us up weght wise, I always ask hiom if he wasnts to go higher and he says lets do it man, lets get EXTREME! lol, no chance to second guess myself and Im always pleased. Also tried squating again for the first time since I hurt my back in Jan. but am paying for it now in my knee.... It will be ok by next time around and Ill destroy it again. Felt great since I cant target the glutes with normal leg press racks or machine presses and squats do this the best IMO, also just tore up my calves with this routine and had a sickly pump in them after and even the whole next day. followed legs with two bi exercises but gym was closing and had to jet.

warm up 20 squats with only bar
Squats- 135x10, 155x10, 175x10 (really pleased with my form and strength without doing these for so long)
machine press followed immediately by calve press
- 135x15/20, 155x10/15, 195x10/15
non stop back and forth with leg curls then standing calve raises(leg curl/calve raises)- 165x12/150x25, 180x10/170x20, 195x10/190x17 (bout fell on the floor after these)
DB Hammer Curls-30x10
standing OH cable curls- 40x10, 40x10

Cant wait to hit chest again tomorrow..... really wish I had the Xfactor by now, had the new massFX in my hand for over a week now and its eating me up not taking it.... also still havnt reintroduced SDNG since discontinuing its use when my legs hurt and am saving it up for preworkout use through the Mass FX XF stack and am missing it as well since those workouts were just insane and progression is slowing without it :(.

Ya and suprisingly this supp whore is still getting some good results on just the essentials.

I started the pslin back up on fri and moved back in my creatine over the weekend to "load" and felt the benifits of that yesterday with my chest workout.....

So as for my logging,

I was super busy all monday, didnt get to the gym cause the only chance I had to go was 30min before it closed and I was already dead tired from running around. Yesterday turned out to be even MORE crazy litterally was home about an hour or two the whole day from waking to sleeping and was mean sunburned from being out all day at an auction for a salvage yard where I picked up a junnker van Im stripping down for work. Still only had a 30min workout window since I wanted to make sure to get in my dose of pslin and that requires some timing to get it right.... I still only took it 30min preworkout when I normally prefer to take it an hour to 80min before.... still had a sickly workout.

I only had half an hour to do my routine so I decided to drop some of the number of sets normally performed after doing a full first set since I was basically already warm and just upped the weight instead. Got back up to a current high(not PR though) also wich makes me very happy, especially with how well I handled the heavier weight :head:


warmup DBpress- 30lbsx15
Flat DB press- 55x10, 65x10, 80x10
Decline DB press- 45x10, 55x10
Incline DB press- 55x10, 60x10
Cable flys- 50x10, 60x10, 70x10


The heavier weight felt great, may have been able to do more with the decline but I prefer to go easy on those rather then push em casue they are hard on my left shoulder and my chest bone (makes it pop and sore). The cable fly's were just awesome and felt a great pump and contraction from them, that was also a current high for me.

Weight was in at 196 now(up from 194 last week), I assume some of that is water weight from the creatine although I dont see any bloating or smoothing out, actually to the contrary, I feel Im continuing to get more definition and WAY more vascularity, I assume it is the the synergy with the Crea mono (was previously using CEE) and the p-slin. Hopefully this trend will continue.


Plans

I have been told that the Xfactor for my stack wont be in for 3 weeks now since they had their stock bought out by a distributor and we will get ours with the replenished stock that comes in 3 weeks, with shipping from them to me after that I assume I wont get started for a min of 4 weeks from now so Im going to tak advantage of this time to grab some more testing opportunities and add in the Anabolic pump Ive been saving to my current P-slin supplementation to see what kind of recomp results I can see from that as well. The tester opp. I speak of is one I won in the monkey pics for recreate contest and was told if we like we can get a tester run of USPLabs new test boosting product as well so I obliged :D

I figure this will be perfect right before taking MFX with its Divanil content and other additions since its supposed to be a test booster.... so boost it I will then free it up and mix it with Xfactor sounds like a really good plan to me..... where Ive also read Xfactor (AA) can presumabley increase the amount of AR sites...

this will all be a great prelude into my now even further put off cycle of 4-AD/phera/M-trn cycle since I should come into it with more AR's to eat up the compounds and a higher starting natty test level which should bring some awesome synergy into the picture until the 4-AD comes into effect and should allow the fast acting phera to get a great start on gains right away.....

hopefully this will all get started and finished early enough that Ill then have a lil time after that bulk cycle to cut it up a lil (read recomp, as I dont all out cut with my metabolism) right before summer.

This means its thursdy and Ill just now be doing Back which is usually a tuesday thing.... so Im just going to consolidate days this week and hit up pre-exhaust bi's tonight to put more strain on back after. Then tomorrow I will do normal shoulders/tris and then sat do legs on their own.... wich I was going to try to avoid since my knee has been dry/lil painful all week and was going to do the split again but dont have enough days to do so. I guess its still 4 days workout this week but not the same rest periods between or the exact same since I dont get to hit Bis twice and legs twice.... so still consolidating to a degree.

Just took my pslin and creatine an hour ago followed by a shake with 60g of carbs from blended oats and 25g of pro from whey followed by 40g of carbs from noodles.... will be hittin the gym shortly and be back to report results.

woot! you know it ubi... well not really gonna focus on the abs completely for another couple months BUT i do have a bottle of recreate on the way so hopefully that will help do some work for me, lol.

As for tonight though.... wow.... only 3 or 4 days now on AP and been taking the Creatine Monohydrate and pslin again since last fri.... I was up to 196 from 194 on tuesday...... and today I weighed in at 199lbs!!!!:jaw:

This is an all time high for me, never weighed this much in my life. Ive been dosing 1.5-3g's of creatine melted (put in water and heated till totally disolved) with every dose of AP and pslin, with the AP dosed 3 times on rest days and pslin taking one doses spot on workout days.... when I read about the disolving creatine mono and taking it with pslin/AP i heard guys saying they got good results.... this is just retarded.

It totally makes sense though. People get micronized creatine casue it absorbs better.... well melted creatine is even smaller which=better absorption AND everyone knows you take your monohydrate with juice cause it causes an insulin spike increasing uptake as well and what does AP and pslin do??? MIMICS INSULIN!!!! and its not just one lil spike like you get with juice its a long continued release and slams creatine and glucose into your muscles. This is a GREAT lil stack.

Tonights workout went great and although I pre-exhausted bis first my back lifts didnt suffer all that much BUT I did notice a lot more focus directly on the lats instead of on my arms and couldnt do that many pull ups.... like 3 and 2 cheats. Bis were PUMPED and had some mean veinage, this is another great thing, IM GETTING MORE VASCULAR TAKING MONOHYDRATE!!!!! usually I dont get real bloated but my muscles do smooth up a lil bit with monohydrate.... not now! I'll prob get up some progression pics by next mon also to see if its noticable on "film".

hopefully this trend continues.... and even more so hopefully all this weight will stickafter a couple weeks and not just drop off if I discontinue use like monohydrate and its water weight are known to do.... these are staples for me though (creatine and since the end of Dec pslin as well) but I usually drop these when I go on cycle, would suck to start a cycle in a month or two and LOSE weight first that I have to gain back... maybe Ill over lap a week or two and see how that serves me. also gonna def stick with mono as opposed to CEE I was recently taking since its cheaper and obviously more effective when combined with these insulin mimicing supps.
 
i now have my split as back/bis, chest/tris, legs/shoulders (comically, I have no need to work calves so its really hams/quads/shoulders), and every 4th workout I flip that order so its bis/back + tris/chest for the preexhaustion. It works really well to do it every so often like that.

so I havnt updated for over a week now.... is it obvious work is kicking my ass?

I LOVE IT :D

It feels great knowing Im going out and busting my ass again to get my family into a better situation.... at the same time its made working out very hard and logging even harder. The latter is cause after coming home after 12 hours of work in the sun its all I can do to drag my ass into the gym, let alone then come home and try to write it all down.

A couple good things about my work:

  • Im outside most the day getting a tan.
  • Im doing physically straining work and a sort of "carido"
  • For the most part Im on my own and dont have a boss breathing down my throat telling me somethings due, or to do some repetitive task.
  • I come home feeling like I could go without working out and not suffer gains wise if I dont hit the gym.

A couple bad things about my work:

  • Its hot as hell working in so cal in a long sleeved shirt and my tan/burn is limited to my face.
  • The "cardio" I speak of is picking up and hauling a 28' ladder around a house a couple feet at a time to anchor cable and then going up and down it, which is trashing my knee.
  • Although I am my own "Boss", being contracted, I still have to listen to b!tchy and/or ignorant customers and deal with them in their own home.
  • I come home feeling like I really want to work out to beat off the stress but dont have enough time to do so AND get some decent sleep AND visit with my wife and 8month old baby.


All in all like I said I still love working again. I Love working a physically demanding job as It gets me in even better shape as long as I keep on my diet and especially with this job my water intake. Not to mention so far in all my workouts even though I come home pooped and am hitting the gym LATE (9-10pm) strength is not suffering a bit suprisingly plus I can take a stim pre workout and my body uses it up like nothing and I can go to sleep easy afterwards still.

With how hard this is on my knee Im dropping legs outta my normal routine annd will only work them occasionally. I figure I am climbing ladders and walking with heavy weight strapped/carrying it to me (tool belt, drill, satalites and ladder) and croutching up and down to work enough that my legs are getting hit almost every day. I will still hit them with Heavy weight from time to time, prob EOW. This also allows me to break up my split into 3 days. Right now I will be hittin;

Chest- mon or tues
Back/bi- tues, wed or thurs
shoulders/tris- thurs, fri or sat

will most likely be going with the bolded days but depending on how heavy my workload is that day and how crappy I feel by the end of the day then I may wait till the next possible day but wont let it go without doing it that week. Its imparitive even with a hard job that I stick to a constructed routine if I really want to see results and progress.... if anything I feel like this is just going to make them come that much faster as long as I keep up the cals :food:

For this I will be eating pretty much a bag of jerky a day throughout the day, premaking most my lunches wich will be a chicken breast and noodles or a steak and noodles and am taking my AP and pslin still to to help with making the most of the meals I do get in during the day. I also am not ashamed to say If Im between jobs I wont hesitate to grab a chicken sandwich and fries from the first fast food place I pass to make sure Im getting in enough carbs and like I said Im eating jerky all through the day (bout a total of 70-80g's of protein worth) as well to make sure I stay in a postive nitrogen balance. On top of this I probably go through 5 or 6 bottles of water and (2) 32 ouncers of gatorade through the day just while Im working and still slamming down glasses before I leave and when I get home and feel thirsty.

With all this I am stittin around 196-194 this last week, down from 199 last week wich isnt half bad considering my stomach is looking leaner and Im looking more vascular and increasing in strength for workouts too.





SO after all that I will try to make sure I get in here starting with tomorrows workout on shoulders to make sure and log my numbers in, could probably remember yesterdays numbers for back and bis but need to get off to bed after this monster post so I can get up and get off to work early tomorrow.... thats right 6 days a week for the poopster :nutkick:

I havnt updated this past week... Im lame, and swamped with work


Some highlights though. I got in on mon wed and fri last week and didnt miss a beat. Shoulders are getting increasingly stronger, prob part from the job too and holding them out or above my head all the time wiring up cable or swinging my hammer or carrying my ladder... any who doing 45lb DB arnolds now and only 2 weeks ago I could barely eak out the 35's with my arm about to slip out and barely able to get 6 or 7 up with good form.

Also weight Is staying steady at 195 and Im looking leaner all the time so Im fairly sure Im gaining LBM still while shedding some fat with my new job :head:

Ill try to get on tomorrow with chest and get numbers in for comparison to last logged numbers.... should be a lil more.. think I used 80's this last for my heaviest set on flat bench and it was solid... may try heavier tomorrow.

Wull I tried 85's last night and could only get em up 7 times, coulda done 8 with a lil tap from a spotter... but no partner right now, but this was after I hit 60's and 75's first, so Im still happy.

Also was able to do 85 on each side for standing cable flys when I think previously I was using 65 at the most so Strength is not just staying steady but still increasing. Pslin, AP and creatine is a wicked combo and def doin its job in the strength department and keeping me lean but not catabolic in what is most def a fairly catabolic job right now.

Weight is still sitting pretty @ 194 and right now Im beta testing a product for AN for the next couple weeks... seems to be doing very well so far.

Im still getting in to the gym 3 times a week right now. Strength is holding just abot even now... actually still having a steady but slow increase.

Im also continually leaning out, this is also slow but noticable and the fact that Im holding weight between 194-196 depending on the day means that Im likely still adding LBM as well.

I have yet to start the Mass FX and XF since Im waiting on the XF but Im sure the wait is worth it.... I just cant wait to git R done cause as soon as that is done Im hoppin on my 8 weeker (first of that length ever) and cant wait to do so with the goodies I have in store.
 
this week was the 0/6 (3 and 3 on off days....) I liked it, provided great fullness after... but I cant wait to try the 3and 3 to see what it can do for helping the workout as well.
 
I'd say the 3/3 was better for me
ya tonights the first for me. Just with the way this works I would think this would be the optimum way to take it if you dont take any other preworkout supps..... which im not doing right now. So 3 and 3 I think will be nice for helping the workout and then recovery as well.

Now maybe if this was taken in a stack with say RPM and DRIVE and maybe whatever else your testing then I think 6 post would be sweet since the drive and RPM would def fuel the workout.
