Im wondering how many other things Jjohn will be willing to let me add??? I was thinking about adding trisorbagen at the least and maybe a nightly/morning dose of HDX2... but im not sure how much this will skew results, just want to make sure my pct goes off without a hitch.

Whats your opinion on this mace?

I expect the same, mostly worried how adding HDx2 would effect it. Can't think it would be anything but postive but not sure how they would like this showing to go. I'm prepared to make sacrifices to make sure I give it the best review according to their expectations.

Just so others dont think im biased at the same time I am willing to state its shortcomings as well, that I doubt there will be many with my past experience with Mass Fx and any of AX's products for that matter. Only thing that worries me is supposed joint issues with X-factor but I think I read a study posted by MN debunking that myth and I'm taking mad amounts of super cissus and fishies as well to keep em well lubed.

Usp's super cissus really is great stuff! I'm looking forward to your log and results poop. I loved AX's original mass fx myself. This should be an interesting stack.
 
Well first off, if you never used XF, I would skip on the trisorb and HDx2, especially the HD, because it might hurt a little more your joints so I'd use this later on, as it is a great product, but I'd use only if I have had past experiences with XF. Also the fish oil, you must be lowering that as well. Even though the word is it's okay, it has to be taken in moderation (no, not a bber's view of moderation) which means 1-2 caps a day MAX, of some fish once in awhile. When I use XF, I use no fish oil at all. I still eat fish though, and it works incredibly well. I must stress that it's the RATIO og Omega 3's to Omega 6's that you use that makes the difference. Let me know if I can further assist you :)

Hey poop, I've ran 5% bulk cissus, USP super, and Primaforce cissus all with satisfactory results. I had even better results with VPX glucosacream, so this might be something to consider while you run Xfactor.

Aight, made some discoveries tonight, some good, some bad.

I had my chest workout set for tonight, ate alot yesterday and through most of today even with the SDNG and my sesitivity to stims. I wanted to make it a big night and decided that I was going to give the 2 SDNG preworkout a try (up to now I've been dosing 1 pill 3-4xed spread out) and see how it would treat me. I took one along side my P-slin dose 1hour 15min preworkout and then another 30min prework out. I noticed an increase in heart rate 10min after 2nd dose as well as I had to urinate twice in the 30min before the gym... something I dislike about stims is the diruetic effect, oh well. I get to the Gym and we decide we are both hittin the 70's for 10, well I did but just barely. By my third set (60, 65 then 70) I had an extremely high heart rate that wouldnt subside in between sets and it almost felt as though it made my lift harder. After doing 3 sets of decline and a set of incline I was POURING sweat and still had an extremely high heart rate. Up to this point I'm like, WTF man this is just too strong and feels like its burning me out faster then a normal workout.... but then it shifted. I hit the next set and it lowered slightly, hit the last set of incline and walked over to weigh myself and noticed my heart rate finally return to normal. We normally hit fly machine at this point but it was taken up so we decide to throw in calbe fly's instead. This is where suddenly I had good clean energy and just started mashin it. We proceeded to hit about 8 sets of cable fly's and presses, I normally exceeding the set of 10 so I would switch up angle from deep to straight, from fly to press and all other sorts of varients. Pumps started getting just outta control. Even went and did some pullups amid sets and held at 90 degrees on my 5th rep for about 5 seconds... this is near the end of about 18 chest sets now!!!!! When we finally finished I noticed my partner was pretty hashed but I still felt I had plenty of gas in the tank but new I should leave from shear worry of overtraining.

End result.... I think I'll hold off a little while longer before trying the 2 preworkout again purely cause at first I was just scared and felt like my heart was gonna jump out my chest and run away, but once my tolerance begins to build I'll def be trying this again.

Heres the lifts.... started losing track near the end since I do this all from memory with a normal day since its not so many sets... this was about twice as many sets as norm so once we started hitting cables I just lost track after the second set.

Flat DB press- 60lbsx12, 65lbsx10, 70lbsx10
Decline DB press- 40lbsx12, 45lbsx10, 50lbsx10
Incline DB press- 40lbsx12, 45lbsx10, 50lbsx10
Cable press- 45x5deep/5 high
Cable flys- 55x10straight/5deep, 50x1deep/1straight alternating for 10.
Cable flys AND presses- bout 5 or 6 more sets usually 15 reps done in groups of 5 at different angles or press to fly all at 50lbs. Did the 5 pullups with 5 sec pause at last rep before second to last set.

And that was all she wrote... again pumps were sick, not only were they huge but when I got home and checked the mirror the pump was still there but looked really tight and shredded, this effect lasted at least 2 hours. Had pro shake right after getting home (prob 10min after last set) and a full meal about an hour later that just accentuated the pump even more and made my muscles feel very full. I had another shake since then and am now sitting here starving again with bed time looking me in the face... guess I'm going to break my own rule and have a full meal pre bed instead of a simple light shake.

weight taken after pissing a ton before w/o and pouring sweat my first 3 exercises (9 sets) was still up to 190.5 :head:

Yes, if for nothing less it can deliver stellar workouts.... we'll see how the weight holds, but if it can continue to deliver gains at 1.5lbs every 5 days It will be considered "rediculous" :twisted:
 
Notes:

Just wanted to update. Was feelin like crap yesterday.

Between either havin' a crappy conv. rate with my attempted filler stripping or just plain out getting an underdosed/bunk product and havin' my "best friend" try to rip me off for 300 dollars when I'm already in a dire financial situation and out of work (wich he's well aware of) I just didn't have a workout in me.....

.... Today was a much better day and almost 180 degrees from yesterday, starting with retreiving my 300 dollars and then continuing with a promising job interview, that looks like it will provide me with 200-400 dollars a day (already took my drug test and started background this afternoon) along with a few VERY generous members flat out giving me a full bottle of my fav. compound (PP AX version) and another offer to give me pure powder for free in an amount more then twice what I was able to strip from my capped product. I'm very thankful to my Lord in heaven for blessing my family for our continued faith amidst termoil and am ready to go tear it up in the gym tonight. Thank you to those who have helped me here both in action and in prayer from those who know of my situation.


Now for the supplement notes section of this post.

I've noticed that even though I get a fairly strong stim effect from nearly every dose of SDNG and that I'm also STARVING within an hour and a half of dosing (remember I dose with food) wich is making it very easy to get in my 5-6 meals a day these last couple days and hopefully this will translate into a measureable gain on the scale tonight.

Going to put my son down and hit the Gym for back and bi's and will update later tonight.
 
Wasn't able to get into the gym till 1020 (closes at 11) cause I couldn't find my pass and finally said forget it I'm goin they'll check me in some other way. This made for a high tempo workout with very short rest time between sets, prob 20sec after resetting weights/racking weights but it also made it so I couldn't do any focused Bi's lifts. I'll pick them up in two days with my second legs/core day. <--- btw I've changed my leg to split across two days: thurs shoulders/tris then quads and fri Hams/calves then core and bi(will be a second Bi day normally but obviously my only one for this week).

Heres my lifts for yesterday-

bw pullups- 10, 5
wide grip lat pulldown- 100x10, 120x10, 130x10
Hammer strength reverse grip pulldown- 45/45(L/R)x10, 55x10, 65x10 (done with tightest squeeze and pause)
seated row-80x13, 120x13, 140x10
DB rows (done sitting backwards on incline bench)- 30x10(short pause), 20x15(4 sec pause)
back fly machine- 50x10(no pause), 30x15(3sec pause first 10, last 5 quick burnout)


Had some really tight pumps in my forearms, getting noticable veinage as well and more def in forearms. Felt pretty strong and moved up weight on most exercises but didnt really push it without partner there for spots.

All in all though still not the same intensity as my last chest workout and I may very well just dose 2 SDNG again preworkout just both an hour before so its not too strong but I can capitalize on the mean energy/drive that comes after the high heart rate and pouring sweat for a big day like today.
 
WOW! is all I can say!

Well not really. I actually have a whole lot to say! Like the fact that I walked into the Gym today at 4 and didnt walk out till 6, like how I did 28 working sets today and how I was able to do all of these with incredible strength and drive thw whole way through raising the weight used on nearly every lift. The only exception was Quads wich were done at the very end and were just dead as if had done a majorly huge work out for them after only 2 exercises and 3 sets for each at moderate weight... got a lactic acid build up in them very fast. Not suprising considering all I worked before them.

So obviously I took the advice of splitting legs across more days and also using leg workouts on the same day as lagging body parts to help increase over all anabolism. Damn good thing I went back to the 2 SDNG cause theres no way I would have accomplished this workout with the same intesity if at all! I knew today was going to be a BIG day so I ate a shiz load 2 hours before I hit the gym, didnt even finish eating everything till an hour before i left for it, lol. Had a HUGE bowl of noodles 15 min after taking my pre work out pslin dose then a cup and a half of oats in 3 cups of milk with 2 tbsp's of PB and about 36g's of whey, and then took the 2 SDNG. Had to be at least 1300 cals. def fueled this 2 hours of madness.

So lets get down to the nitty gritty and list the insane amount of lifts done.

Lateral DB raises- 10x12, 15x10, 20x10
Front DB raises- 10x10, 15x10, 20x10
Arnold press(DB)- 30lbx10, 25x12, 25x10
shoulder press- 85x15(3 sec hold short of lockout), 105x10(same), 125x10(no pause but slow/steady)
Over head tri CB press(real close to skull crusher)- 45x15, 65x9, 55x10+4 (said F it put it back behind head and did 4 more burn out reps)
rope pull down- 40x12, 50x10, 50x9+1 assist.
tri press down- 50x16(burn out set)
DB Shrugs- 50x12, 55x10, 60x10 (traps are huge after this)
Leg Press- 180x10, 180x13, 180x10
Quad Machine- 100x10, 115x10, 115x10 (all with 2 sec pause at full extension, these absolutely burned)

This was one awesome workout. Literally lost 2 lbs from start to finish, weighed 192 at start and 190 at finish, prob should have brought small shake or got some aminos for a workout like this but at least I did bring 2 grams of super Cissus I capped and took immediatly after last set to stave off cortisol then went home had a cup of oats with 48g's pro from whey and 2 cups of milk and a tbsp of natty PB, also took another SDNG and 2g's fishoils with that shake, then went to visit my moms who just came into town and picked up a spicy chicken sandwich no mayo from Wendys (whole chicken breast not some crappy byproduct pressed meat, oh so tastey) on the way so I got in over 1000 cals in the hour following workout(and still havnt shat even with my huge preworkout consumption as well.... a bit of gas though:fart:) When my mom saw me she said "look at you youve only been working out again for a month and you look great", then made me show her my traps, which were still insanely pumped up, cause she couldnt believe how big they looked, lol.

Im insanely tired now and starting to feel sore in my shoulders, traps and neck already. Still the most shocking thing was how blown away my legs felt after doing lighter weight and less volume then a normal leg day, just suspect its from the lack of fuel I had at that point in time (meaning actual nutrients, still had great drive from the 2 SDNG and p-slin). Eating a big bowl of rice and a can of tuna with a couple cups of milk right now then will crash for like the next 12 hours, lol.(I wish, baby boy will def put a kibosh on those plans)

So obviously I am going to go ahead now and say that this stuff is the shiznit for a mean ass workout and increasing appitite (really suprised bout the latter) and even if I dont gain another pound I will consider this stuff nutty since I havnt ever had workouts of this intensity before without puking.... Have it under direction that this can be run preworkout only in a pulse fashion and still get awesome results with no shutdown since its not that supressive as is, I dont know however how this would effect appitite since Ive noticed a direct correlation with being very hungry an hour after taking my other doses even though its always with a meal. Gotta figure if I can find something else though to take the rest of the day that would have the same effect It would be awesome so I could reap the same benifits and obliterate any cahnce of shutdown whatsoever!..... maybe this new mass FX and Xfactor will be the answer!
 
MMmmmmkay, another crazy workout.

Didnt hit the gym yesterday cause we planned to spend the day with my mother and sister who are in town visiting then went to dinner with my mother sister wife and mother in law cause my inlaws still have never met my family.... not your traditional marrige or situation here but our love for eachother and our son is all that matters in this case.

Now today I had arrends to run (even though I could have probably gone before them) and didnt get to the gym until 40 min before it closed.... this was more benificial then not I think as it made me keep up the tempo of the workout and I felt it was a very strong workout overall as well.

So today being a dedicated Bi's day and mixing in the hams calves split with it, I decided to start with Bi's and start heavier then just go till I couldnt, then I switched to Hams and calves and did each set with ZERO rest time wich made for a killer legs portion although still pushed some awesome weight for some suprising reps! so heres all the madness.

DB curls- 40x10, 30x9, 25x8, 20x 8
DB hammer curl- 15x12
CB reverse grip- 35x12, 35x10, 35x10
DB hammer curl-15x9
CB reg grip- 35x10
CB reverse grip- 35x10

done nonstop cept one curl set to keep arm pump still no rest though
Ham curl- 150x20
Standing calve raise- +150x30
Ham curl- 165x15
Standing Calve raise- +150x25 (quick DB curl set of 15x10)
Ham curl-165x10
Standing Calve raise- +150x20

Then back to curl to finish strong and with arm pumps
DB hammer curl- 15x10
DB curl- 25x9
DB curl- 15x10
DB hammer curl- 15x8 +1 +1



Was happy cause the way I did it started to deflate my arm pump with hitting legs after (wich isn tso good for recovery) but by going back and hitting it again it brought it back and I felt like I had some good strength when I finished.... till I got to my car and when I tried to go to pop some cissus into my mouth in the parking lot I could hardly get my hand to my mouth and it felt like the turning motion to turn my key over had a 60lb tension to it. I liked this alot shows I succesfully nailed Arms and with all the reverse and hammer grips thrown in there my forearms were plenty tight as well. Im seeing more definition in them every workout it seems with tons more vascularity as well. Especially today hitting bi's. They were poppin out every where thick as pencils! Cant wait till Im low enough BF that they stay that way all day.

Hit the scale and still sticking at 192 wich pleases me cause the longer I measure the same weight the more assured I am that those gains are real and not just some water weight or extra cals stored up, not to mention I still am seeing leaning out so I am very likely trading off fat for LBM.

I am waiting for my Mass FX Max and X-Factor with great anticipation since I'm certain it will rocket my gains in LBM even further and have been given the go ahead to start them both as soon as they arrive then switch the SDNG off and only use it preworkout.... this is going to be INSANE!

tonight was VERY nice, had a very sic workout tonight, everything felt easy, didnt have a partner but was lucky enough to have a guy ask if he could work in and we just did practically the whole same routine so stuck together and were lift for lift equals, worked out nicely. Then the coolest thing of the evening was my pre and post workout picture experiment.....

... I was inspired to try out a before and after shot with all the AX new model contest and an idea to show pslin pumps on video when USPlabs had the testamonial video contest... but instead just did pictures now... the results were absolutely AWESOME! they arent as high res as most my pics with my digi but wifey wasnt here to help me take em and my clunky digi is tough to hold steady with its slow shutter speed on my own so I used my cell, regardless mission accomplished, take a look.

Hey Poop -- I've only read the first page of this log (a poop log?) so far, but I need to interject a couple things before I continue reading...
So you were down in Irvine on Jan 15? I live in Capo Beach, but I work in Irvine. And I distinctly remember that day, because when I got out of my car at work, I almost passed out, it smelled so bad. I thought they must have just fertilized the strawberry fields, but now I know the real source of the foul stench. :fart:
But on a more serious note, I also rely on leg presses for my quads, due to a former back injury (and my advanced age, lol). And the trick for doing them painlessly is to make sure the seat back is "reclined" as much as possible, effectively straightening your torso. This alone minimizes the stress on your lower back, effectively permitting greater range-of-motion, and deeper reps.

ya its almost unbelievable that Im obviously the same weight in both pics! Thats just how effective these supps are at engorging your muscles with blood/nutrients, which will obviously speed post workout recovery and muscle growth.

Its awkward though that I can literally get an INCH! of size on my arms from start to finish of a workout. They are my most genetically gifted body part and they where at one time just shy of 18 inches. so the only thing I can figure is that this combo slams them with all the glycogen I take in pre workout [2/12 cups of milk, 75gs carbs(1and1/4cups) of oats, 40g's worth (1serving) of carbs from noodles, 1tbsp of PB and 25g of whey pro pow] within an hour of hitting the gym, the other wonder is all that food doesnt bloat me and doesnt make me sick during the workout, it already been absorbed with the help of the pslin then the mind blowing workout from the SDNG just allows my muscles to get absolutely engorged with all the glycogen circulating my system. I still have "heavy" pecs here at 4 in the morning (why am i not asleep.... damn movies).

I think the before looks more deflated then normal also since I havnt had an upper body workout since last thursd with shoulders and tris, fri was off, sat was some bis and legs and yesterday was off. makes for a real fresh chest day and an impressive change in 1 hour.

Cant wait till I get to try all this out with my new stack a coming.... this should result in some really nice mass.

Thats right, arent they right over in tempe or Mesa??? I used to live right down the street in Tempe from Kevin's shop he has in Mesa (the two towns converge and it was just down the main strip road I lived on).

I quite liked living in AZ cause i could pick up supplement orders right from his shop when i used to order from his old online store Atomic Nutrition.... sadly I moved and shortly after he sold the site.

While Im in here I better update my workout from yesterday.

Had a somewhat lackluster workout, due mainly to the fact I didnt take a preworkout dose of SDNG since I didnt even hit the gym till 10-11pm and had been sleeping right before that (fell asleep rocking my boy to sleep, lol) luckily my Wifey woke me up to ask me if I was still going to the gym. I barely had enough time to get in a shake 20 min before I left and then shoot right over there.

All together my strength was still there, moved up all the numbers on every exercise (cept pullups) but didnt have the intensity Ive now grown accustomed to with SDNG and really had to give it my all to make my reps. Also was able to do a standing bent over row again finally, no more sitting face down on an incline, since my back is basically fully recovered but had the pleasure of smacking myself in the chin with a standing row of the curl bar and nearly chipped/knocked out a tooth, hurt for the entire rest of the workout. Heres the Digits.

Pullups- 10, 7
Lat pull down wide-120x10, 130x10, 140x10
seated row- 100x10, 120x10, 140x10
Iso lat pulldown (reverse grip)(l/r)- 55/55x10, 65/65x10, 75/75x10
Standing bent over row- 40x10, 60x10, 70x10 (all done on curl bar)

seated rear fly machine- 40x10, 50x10

Like I said all in all strength wasnt bad but I just felt almost lethargic the entire time there and even though I had to keep a fast tempo to finish before it closed I felt like I was draggin my ass everywhere. Ill def make sure to hit the gym before I start getting sleepy next time and also go early enough I can take a dose of SDNG to keep my workout raging.

Well tonights shoulder w/o went GREAT! I can tell already they are getting CONSIDERABLY stronger, and have been looking at my delts, they seem to be standing off my arm more then they previously were as well..... damn thick tris though still make em hard to really look real big.

I cant wait till very soooooon I will be getting to stack in the X-Factor and Mass FX MAX and switch over the SDNG to preworkout only and I just know thats gonna kick shiz up a notch!!! According to the ship date I exect to get Mass FX tomorrow and hopefully X-factor will arrive shortly there after to I can get this show on the road!!!! Just so ya guys know I'll most likely discontinue this log and post a link to the new one dedicated to that stack.

Heres my AWSOME lift numbers.... just about shat myself when I told my W/O partner I wanted to try 145 on the shoulder press and repped the hell outta it! Also was very pleased to step on the scale after my day off (which I spent eating like crazy) to see it tipped upward when I slid it to my typical 191 and wouldnt level out till I hit 194 :woohoo: this means Im 1lb away from my heaviest ever and im using natty supps AND only 16lbs away from my goal weight for the O this summer.... Im thinking 2 bills is my biacth once XFMFXMAX stack gets here... maybe more BWAHAHAAHA :twisted:

DB Shrugs- 55x10, 60x10, 70x10 (could barely hold onto db by last rep friggin hurt my hands and burned just holding them)

I still cant believe how many times I suprise myself doing this, every once in a while I just get a wild hair up my ass to significantly increase the weight of a working set and see howI handle it and like today I moved my starting set up 60lbs and heaviest set for shoulder press up by 40lbs from last week and just smashed it. I dont know why I dont take my own advice more often as Ive said after nearly everytime I do something like this, "you really dont know how far you can go until you pick up that larger weight or slide that pin in further down the stack and sometimes youll just be suprised at how well you do with that larger weight" or something to that effect. Also pleasantly I didnt suffer any shoulder twinges in my joints during any of this, Cissus is a truely wonderful innovation and Im so glad I have it as a staple, it seriously makes working out possible for me, without it I doubt Id progress even half as fast and get injured many more times then that.

Didnt incorperate the quads into it again, Im not so sure how much anabolism the may have contributed to my shoulders last week but one thing was for sure, by the time I got to them my body had no sustenance left to fuel them and although I walked out with them feeling dead it didnt even feel like I touched them later that night or the day after.... my guess is they just had no fuel period to work so thats why they felt dead at the end of the workout. I may very well just do them all on one day like I was doing or just rotate the days I do legs with all other workouts besides chest and still make sure to do em with bi's tomorrow.

You should try holding no-knurl DB's after my training partner does a set. He brings a whole new meaning to the slur, "Sweaty Italian". Seriously, I have never seen anyone perspire as much as he does.

SDNG def makes for some nice workouts, and the hunger its causing is def helping me pack it on too.

LOL, I'm glad niether my partner nor myself prespire much at all even with really intense workouts, only on my face really. Otherwise Pretty much only time is when they forget to open the back door and turn on the fan. The Powerhouse gym I go to is pretty small really so it turns into a friggin sauna if its kept all closed up.

Poops is an employed man again! Just had the supervisor of the job that I spoke about applying for earlier in the log give me a call and tell me I passed my drug test and if I can start tomorrow (time to go smoke a fatty, LMAO J/K). This is a great step forward for me and my family since we've been eaking by on my unemployment checks that actually run out this month and will be going now into a job where I'll be making $200-$400 dollars a day 6 days a week guaranteed. :woohoo:

Not to mention the wife just went through an interview process for a store manager of Journeys shoes that will come with a 4g sign on bonus and percentage bonuses of monthly and annual income of the store, AND just got a call back for a second interview for a receptionist postition at a dental/day spa facility.... she should be able to land at least one or the other.

With that being said todays w/o went great today too, was able to hit the gym with my partner again since he only has school mon-thurs and we did another superset for half our legs and then did biceps as well, was a very nice strong workout.

We did a new bicep exercise ive never tried where you use the upper cables on a larger cable set up, same used for chest and flys, and you basically pull them from an outreached position to your head.... have no idea what they are called so Im just gonna say over head cable curls, either way they were really nice and felt like after naileing them with DB's it was a great way to focus on the main group itself and REEEEEAAAALLY pinched at the full contraction. I'll def be doing these from now on as my last Bi exercise to really burn out the main muscle.

heres the numbers for today.

Leg press followed by calve press- 180x10/20, 200x10/15, 220x10/15
Leg Extension- 135x10, 150x10, 165x10

leg curl to standing calve raises to leg curl to standin... ect.
LC135x10, CR130x30, LC150x10, CR150x25, LC180x10, CR150x20
DB Hammer curls-20x10
DB curls- 25x10, 30x10, 35x4
OH cable curls- 20x10, 45x15, 45x15, 65x15, 65x13

Just incase some wonder yes I hit calves twice seperately, I like to just cause I want cut ass calves but mostly we did more this way cause my partner is 6'5" @ 190 and needs to work on his calves. I normally do an extension of the toes (flexing calves) at the end of each press on leg presses and then at the end of the set i slip my feet down slightly so my heels are hanging off and proceed to calve press the same weight, really burns this way, then switch with my partner who does the same thing and do it again next set. But with the leg curls and standing calve raises I start on the leg curl, then I jump right on the standing calve raise rack while my partner does the leg curl after me and then alternate back and forth with him all the while taking no rest in between. this seems to nail the calves this way since the quads are pretty much dead and the hams are getting hit at the same time so the calves seem to be more isolated during these standing calve raises.

This seems to be a pretty good way to hit legs for me, fairly high impact and doesnt hurt my knees or lower back whatsoever... Im going to try to phase in Squats at a very low weight focusing strictly on form this next week cause I like how they effect my glutes, lol, but dont need to reinjure myself so it will be light, mostly just a warm up for the leg presses.

Didnt get the Mass FX MAX today :( but its ok I hope its here tomorrow when Im here since its always nice to get the package and start ripping it open right in front of the delivery guy, LOL, but I doubt I'll be here since I start training tomorrow and most likely it will be the wifey who will get to receive the package. Still have to wait for the Xfactor as well but have no guestimate when that may arrive since I dont know when it will ship or where MN is located so that one will just be a nice suprise. :head:
