I took all 5 caps before lifting today and that is why I think I got the huge pump, Im going to try that again for my last workout on the hghup to see if I get similar results.

Used hghup for the last time today and ended up hitting a pretty easy 515x5 of the deadlift. I posted my final review on the first page of the log, thanks everyone for following along.
 
Final Review
Well throughout my HGHup I used 5 caps a days as I was instructed by app nut. During this run I definitely noticed an increase in recovery time and lowered stress levels, which are two great benefits that make the product completely worth it. The biggest thing that I noticed from the product though was the slimming effect that it had on me during the run. I kept my calories slightly higher than normal due to the training I was doing and I actually ended up losing 4 pounds total throughout the cycle while still hitting personal records on all my major lifts. Another cool effect from the HGHup was the increased strength when used prior to a workout. During the run I can only think of 1 or 2 workouts that were below par, with most of my workouts being what I consider to be pretty good in quality and strength.
One thing that I did not really receive from the product was better sleep, which was surprising to me because many reported that this was one of the most noticeable aspects of the product. I actually found myself waking much earlier than normal while I was taking this product, and when I woke up I wasn't groggy but I also did not feel like I was getting the same quality of sleep that I received from IGF-2 or lipo-pm from appnut.
I would use this product again in the future, I imagine it would be good for a post cycle product or stacked with an anti-estrogen for a killer fat loss and strength stack. Nice review. Looks like you got some good results from this in P.

So what's next? :)
 
Just going back to using Fish Oil and Assault for the time being. I will probably finish up the bottle of IGF-2 I have, but that would just be used before bed a few days a week. Im setting up my training cycles for my next meet so a lot of my workouts will be done in single ply powerlifting gear and will focus more on cns training rather than building muscle.
