Inspired!!

Pmiller- After reading your P-slin log, I was inspired to first try AP. I have been using it for a week or so and love it ! Keep up the good work! I'm thinking of adding Pslin after I finish my first bottle of AP, what do you think?
 
If you love AP, you are going to have a fatal attraction to PSlin. Good luck with the rest of your AP and if you decide to try PSlin (which I would highly recommend.) get ready for one of the most noticeable supplements you will ever take. Workout 17​
This work out was yesterday then I had to go right to work so sorry for the delayed update. I took the Pslin, then I had Oats, Banana, Skim Milk, whey, and SF Hot Chocolate Mix. All Eqauls roughly 110g carbs, 45g Pro. and ~7g fat (what ever is in the oats)

Strength and Pump​
Today was the toughest workout I have had in a long time. My partner puked and I came pretty close to hurling myself. I absolutely loved it.:twisted: I felt real solid so i attempted to due back squats, which i never have actually been able to do before due to a club foot and jacked up ankle. I am proud to say I was actually doing them and going deep on each rep. Pump in my glutes was out of control and I even got a back pump just from holding the weight. It was a great workout mentally to, really raised confidence levels. The whole workout took 47 minutes.

Strength and Pump
I tried something a little different today just for a change up, I went with a doggcrap style workout. For this you do three sets for each exercise and go to failure on each set, but you only wait twenty seconds between sets. Pumps were amazing today and endurance was great. Vasculinity (someone please correct me if i am spelling that wrong) was out of control also. Honestly I believe pslin is to trainees what spinach was to popeye. Simply Amazing

Do you have any burping issues eating that amound of food that close to a workout. If so, you could wait 1 1/2-2 hours to workout after eating that meal.

Burping isn't an issue because I drink a fair amount of water in between the meal and the workout. Gas does come out in another form though, so i usually have a nice cloud behind me at the gym. Also i warmup/strech for about ten-fifteen minutes once i get into the gym.
 
Workout 19​
1 cup oats + 1 scoop Whey + Dannon l&f yogurt. Got in the gym 1 hour and fifteen minutes later. I stepped on the scale today @ 208, pants are a little more loose around my waist, but shirts seemed to be glued to my chest and back, Its a very pleasant feeling.
Strength & Pump​
I was having great intensity with the Pslin and 1 powerfull, but since i have gone up to two powerfull before my workout I am amazed at the capacity of work i can get done in a short amount of time. Today was a back day for me, but two of my friends were doing an arms workout so i did there workout and mine as supersets. At the end of the workout i was less fatigued then both of them and i had a great pump in my biceps and back felt real full.

Workout 20​
Pslin today was followed by 1.5 cups of ground oats, < 1 cup of skim milk, and 1 scoop of whey. About 45 minutes after eating I did some shoveling, I had a huge pump just from doing about ten minutes of shoveling. I waited about 15 more minutes then went to the gym.
Strength and Pump
Strength still going up, I am noticing more in the way of endurance that maximal strength, but with that maximal strength also goes up. I did legs today and the pump was so big that the bottom of my boxer, the part around my thighs, were loose at the beginning of the workout; yet at the end of the workout they were like shrink wrapped to my leg. I had so much energy today that i actually told me ride i would walk home because he was done but i wasn't ready to leave. This was pretty stupid because Buffalo is a cold, windy, and snowing town in december.

Workout 21​
Today I had my Pslin with .5 cup rolled oats, 1 muscle milk and oats container (my mom got me a lot of premade muscle milk stuff for xmas....its the thought that matters) and a little skim milk. I hit the weights 1.5 hours later.
Strength & Pump​
Great upper back and glute pumps today. I had a great workout going then some guy started talking to me and i couldn't shake him so that killed my pump a little. Strength was also on par with previous workouts today, I can't say i have had a bad workout yet when taking my Pslin.

Pslin with 1.25 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup Dannon L&F yogurt. Hit a couple PR's today, Also really starting to notice veins popping in upper chest and traps. Pretty Bad @ss.
Strength and Pump​
Like I stated earlier couple PR's today. I can honestly say my triceps have never felt so swollen in all my life. Also I don't know if lactic acid is inhibited by powerfull or pslin, but I actually got a pump in my shoulders today, not just that usual burning sensation from overhead pressing. My shoulders still feel extremely full right now and I can't really straighten out my arms.

The rest of the workout consisted of weird blast strap stuff. The dude I workout with and me were just having a little competition to out do eachother...Me and Pslin kicked his @ss. Was defiantly one of the more fun and productive workouts i have had. Also I want to thank USP for great customer support, I had a question for them and they answered it right away. :clap2:
 
Workout 23​
Took the Pslin first thing this morning, then ate 1.5 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 small banana, little bit of Dannon L&F yogurt (about 4 oz). I just ordered some milk protein isolate from all the whey, so i will try that instead of straight whey when it comes in. I purchased it off there ebay auctions, which is a great deal, so i am not sure when it will ship but i will let you guys know if there is any differences IMO.
Strength and Pump
Got an amazing upper back fullness today. It actually was hard to put my arms all the way down so I kind of looked like an @ss walking around the gym. Noticed veins in my lats today which was pretty awesome. Strength was defiantly elevated in my later sets, no real muscle fatigue at all.

Workout 24
Was going to take today, but I was bored so I went to the gym with my friend and went along with his workout. Took a Pslin then ate Fiber one Honey oat clusters, Vanilla Yogurt, Whey, and a Clementine orange. Stomach was pretty upset some i did not take any powerfull or stims or anything else today. Hit the gym 2 hours after eating.
Strength and Pump​
This was more like a cardio workout today, so strength isn't really an issue. I did however get an abdominal pump today which was a really odd feeling, but pretty cool none the less. I defiantly noticed a lot of endurance today too. I was almost doubling my usual reps in moves like medicine ball slams and twist and things of that nature. I did a few chest exercises too but they were more of a stretch than anything. I am not going to bother actually listing the different exercises because either don't know their names, or don't plan on doing them again for a long time.
 
Workout 25​
Pslin first thing when i woke up today, Then i ate 2 cups of fiber one raisin bran, 1 scoop of whey, and some plain nonfat yogurt. Work out started about 1.50 hours later.
Strength and Pump​
Fiber cereal may not be the best ideal to mix with whey protein because although the pumps were amazing so was the cloud of stench behind me. Received an amazing leg pump today, it was so strong towards the end of my workout that i had to stop when walking up the stairs at the gym because it felt like my leg muscles were ripping out of my skin. Looked absolutely gigantic while doing deads today too.

Pslin followed by 2 packets quaker weighter control oats, 1 cup plain fat free yogurts and a scoop of protein.
Strength and Pump​
Got a really full feeling today, and then had an all out solid pump later.Chest has been bothering me lately so I am keeping the volume pretty low but am going to maintain strength. I am really noticing a great improvement in my shoulders since starting the Pslin. I almost couldn't believe how much better they looked when i seen them in the mirror today.

Pslin was followed by 1 scoop protein, two packets of w.c oats from quaker, and about half a cup of skim milk. I also took some digestive enzymes with the meal today. I think the enzymes helped a good amount because I felt the fullness and energy about 45 minutes after eating.
Strength and Pump
Did a DC workout today, I am going to switch to this type of training for a little while. Seemed like on my rest pause sets I was having unbelievable recovery, and the pump was killer. With cleans today I didn't try adding more weight like I have been because my form was starting to get sloppy so i wanted to focus on that today.

Did my last Pslin cheat meal for this log today. Pretty much was just a butt load of Quaker Oatmeal weight control packets, Chocolate protein, and natty Peanut butter. Lot of clean food, I also took two digestive enzymes caps, and about half of lake Erie's water supply. I hit the gym about two hours later once everything settled.
Strength and Pump
Did DC type training for upper body push tonight. Kind of trying to find optimal weights so i can really get into next week so rep numbers may be a little weird. Pump was outstanding tonight, endurance was alright but that is just because I am dead tired from work. My triceps are still feeling really pumped now, its hard to straighten out my arms.

Great upper back pump today, i still feel it about 10 hours later. I really am noticing an improvement in my shoulders since starting the Pslin. Endurance and strength were right on par with all previous Pslin workouts.

Workout 30​
The final workout of this log, I took my Pslin upon waking, the cooked up 100gr oats 1 small banana and 1 scoop of whey. Also took some digestive enzymes with it.
Strength and Pump​
Well my overall strength has increased, and my lifts have all gone up. Today's pump was very pronounced in my upper quads, and I even got a nice upper body pump even though today was a leg day.

I finished with some jumps and tried some lunges, this was actually the first time in my life i could do a lunge, I have a club foot so my legs have always been considerably weak. Since starting the Pslin though the power in my legs has gone way up. Very Pleased with this.

I was very impressed with Pslin right from my first dose. My experience with Pslin is that during workouts that you have dosed Pslin prior too, you have improved endurance, an extremely noticeable muscle fullness, and I seemed to be able to handle heavier weights for longer sets. With explosive movements I noticed increased power, and with movement that focused on time under tension I received some of the best pumps of my life. Another great aspect of Pslin was how quickly I recovered from my exercise sessions. By supersaturating your muscles with the correct nutrients at the right times Pslin helps you truly achieve your best possible self. Do not expect to gain 20 pounds of muscle, because nothing with Pslin is hormonal. You can however expect to keep all gains made during Pslin supplementation after you stop taking the product. Personally I am going to keep using the product 4-5 times a week. At this protocol a bottle will last anywhere from 6-8 weeks. IMO Pslin could help anyone who trains, and it will be one of my staples for a long time.
Finally I want to thank USP labs for there help with dosing and other questions that arose during this log. It is great to find a company that actually has concern for there customers. As long as they keep on turning out great products I will be a customer for life.

Great review man! My thoughts are very similar. AP and P-Slin have been a staple with me for a while and my gains have never been better.

Yeah that sounds pretty sick, I got everything but the adrenaline, even got a little green tea extract to go along with it. Can't wait to get the Adrenaline and give it a go.
